HI New Orleans Hostel

It was directly on the parade route and was very well kept.

There is absolutely no sound proofing at this hotel. The only elevator broke without warning or letting people know except a sign. As a someone with a disability suddenly being on the 4th floor with only stairs as an option was less the ideal.

Everything! The staff was nice and friendly! It was very clean. I appreciate how secure the place was also! Perfect location!

Being a "hostel" makes the guests much more diverse and interactive. Great job with breakfast included. Overall atmosphere is open, friendly, interactive.

I love that it is within walking distance of everything. Also if it is a rainy day and you don?t want to walk there was plenty to do at the hostel or walk right out the front door to the trolley.

I love how friendly the staff are and how upscale it feels definitely doesn't feel like you're in a hostel

I wish they had accessible doors because some are heavy or hard to open on my own :(

Great location, great staff, cleaner than a hotel!!! They even hosted a thanksgiving dinner for thanksgiving that was delicious!

Some bathrooms were out of order.

Security is weak. My personal belongings were moved outside of the room without my knowledge and only when I got back to the hotel during late night and reported the incident did the staff checked on the situation.

The staff was so helpful. The rooms were impressive, modern, plus the room cooled off nicely at night.

Free breakfast was packaged instant oatmeal and grits, bananas and coffee (you wash any dishes that you use). I couldn¿t wash my hair the shower had very low water pressure. There is no onsite parking, hotel has arrangements with nearby garage.

Everything was so comfortable, private bathrooms, room was so comfy, place to work, every place was so comfortable and people so nice!

The service desk staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful, without exception Check-in and checkout were both a breeze. Every part of the hotel was clean.

Great location, incredible staff and setup

Hall and street noise

The gorgeous, spacious kitchen, and the fact that laundry facilities are available, the location and the staff.

Nothing at all.

Excellent locations, very nice room and amenities, nice staff

I loved the exclusivity of the hostel as far as having a lobby away from the rooms in case I wasn't ready for bed yet

How easy it could be to sneak in if it's alot of traffic

The friendly staff and community. ???????

The opportunities and the length of time you're able to travel within a Year.

Concept and environment, as well as the wonderful staff.

Such a great price
