Beautifully designed hotel, great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and strong air conditioning (we like to sleep cold)! A very nice bar attached to the hotel where we enjoyed cocktails. Everything exceeded our expectations!!

    Nothing negative

Don't bother booking with this property if you don't want to get scammed. I reached out several days before our reservation to reschedule the stay & they never got back to me. They charged the card for the full amount and refused to elaborate.

    Beautiful building and fantastic location

Food options were limited and confusing messaging from the front desk staff

Room, bathroom and location is good.

I chose the hotel because it had the best rating on booking.comI didn't care how much the hotel cost. I was simply expecting the best it could be.Unfortunately, the problem with the hotel is the staff. Doorman spent time on his cell phone instead of answering the door. Ordering ice for the room was a big problem. I waited 45 mins just for ice and had to remind myself several times. The minibar was missing bottles of champagne. They were unable to refill the minibar during my four day stay. The hotel does not meet the 5* standard. It's the hotel staff's fault.Otherwise the rooms, bathroom and location is good.

    It’s a pretty hotel.

They stole from me. It’s a beautiful hotel but they stole from me. After paying for the hotel accommodation online before coming in, I was told they charge a one-time incidental fee based on home many nights you stayed. I stayed for 3 nights only. My incidental fee was $300.00. they overcharged me $1,390.36. They told me that I used part of the minibar which I payed for from the $300 incidentals. Mind you breakfast is never free. After Austin explained all to me. He told me I would be given a refund credit of $666.52 cents back after 7-10 business days and if it didn’t happen, I should let them know. Well it’s been almost 6 weeks and I haven’t gotten my money back. This was a birthday trip. Normally I don’t do minibars I only drank 2 bottles of wine from the mini bar and one bitters. My sister had one snack that would normally cost $1.50. One of the wine bottles was a very small bottle. That’s what these people charged me $1, 390.36 cents event after paying for all breakfast separate with my card away from an my incidental fee. Secondly, I never dream of snakes or one to be ever scared of snakes. But since I stayed in that hotel, I’ve had several dreams of snakes. I can definitely say that something spiritual is not right with that hotel. I gave them enough time to send me back my money. They haven’t. At this point, now I have no choice but to report the transaction as fraud to my bank.

The hotel itself is a really lovely stay - great facilities, the vibes were cool and the rooms very spacious. The attendants were lovely and great to have a chat to.

There seems to be an issue with their systems - they couldn't find a record of my payment, despite paying well in advance, and at one point couldn't even find my reservation after I'd stayed! There were additional charges made to my card that weren't correct and it's taken forever to sort - I'm not even entirely sure it's been properly sorted yet. Overall, not a great check-out experience, definitely not for a hotel that considers itself luxury, and definitely did not match the rest of the experience. I would love to stay again but am wary that I'll be put through similar undue stress upon check-out.
