- I loved the view of my room. I was able to see part of the bridge, the river, and the lights from other hotels. I loved the view. The suite that I had was amazing. I'd definitely book this room and view again.

Cons -
- Water pressure was not the best and the higher you are up, 11th floor example, temperature was hotter and AC had to be super low to keep room cool.
- Elevator wait times were long at times due in part to one of the three elevators being down through our stay. We also experienced quite a bit of elevator noise in our room even though we were not next to the elevator bank.
- Wish the bathroom had a fan to air it out while we showered.

Front Desk was very rude to us about our questions when we asked them about parking.
The size of the room the cleanliness of the room and the location was perfect.
The only thing that I did not like about my specific room was that my view was a wall outside of my window.
Staff was courteous and helpful. Valet service was great as well. I was traveling with someone in a wheelchair and they made every accommodation they could for us.
