Super friendly staff very helpful. The location was great I would advise others to stay at this location. However, the surrounding area was not too good. But overall we had a wonderful stay.

The lock on the room door would not go into the wall right. After playing with the it then would close. Also, we had plumbing issues and when the maintenance person came, we explained what the issue was. He said we it's not doing that with me.

The view & the serenity and as far as reception, Hotel employee is simply the best, extremely professional, outstanding customer service, she is such a great access to that team. Her smile is contagious from beginning to the end.

Breakfast ended too early on weekdays

The shower was hot and the room AC worked well

The room said a king bed but it wasn?t , no comfort on the bed just a sheet. No hand soap in the bathroom has to use body wash. We was there 4 night and no supplies was in stock

The valet, was amazing. He called me by name every time I walked passed him. He made the stay and was by far the friendliest staff member.

They do not do a room refresh every day!!!

Hotel employee checked us in and showed us some great customer service. It had been a while since we experienced someone friendly like her. Her helpfulness was natural and genuine. Being received like that set a positive tone upon our arrival.

Our room had two issues, the door lock was faulty and wouldn't lock, the TV remote wasn't working, but within a few minutes someone came to address each issue.we were great full for that.

The rooftop with the amazing views.

The rooftop bar was closed at 9pm and the breakfast staff couldn't keep up with keeping everything replenished, so the food kept running out.

Hotel lobby elevator, halls, and room were very clean. Everyone was friendly.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was great.

The breakfast was not good at all. And asking for a nice view meant that I got to look at a junk site that was abandoned amd dirty. Nothing great about that. If that was the case no view would have been better. And they need noise proof windows.

I honestly had an amazing time at this hotel. I¿d really like to give a huge shout out to the front desk staff, who were very professional and hospitable. Very quick to give recommendations to local places to eat, things to do, etc during our time there.

Loved everything! Walking distance to Bourbon/French Quarters

The Hotel was nice, They served a pretty nice breakfast, the location was pretty good about 15 to 20 minutes from the local Attractions. The staff were friendly, Parking was 34 dollars a day, but you can park across the street for $20 a day.

Yes! We were there three days and had to keep asking for clean towels and they never came to clean the room, not even empty the trash one time, I totally get it about COVID but please empty the trash and bring new towels and washcloths daily.

The staff was wonderful and the entire place was very clean. You were always greeted with pleasant helping people every time you walked in. Loved the place

NOTHING except for the fact I couldn't stay longer

There was a microwave to warm up the delicious food we got from Mr. Eds!

The sink water was cloudy in the bathroom (noticed it while brushing my teeth. Told the front desk and they said it was normal when using hot water. UMMMMMMM NOT OKAY Also random body hairs were found during initial check in, had to buy cleaning suppli

Wonderful staff. Very nice spacious room.

The walking distance to everything was good. Very noisy due to proximity to highway and fire station. Floor in room was pretty dirty..
