Green streetcar stop across from hotel, the extra sink in the room is great to use, queen mattress extremely comfortable.

Wished they had some hot breakfast items and more than just apples or packaged fruit cups. Bathrooms need updating or at least remove rust stains and have working heat lights and vents.

I liked the atmosphere of the small hotel. Had plenty of seating outside and in for visiting and watching the street cars. Good coffee available all day.

I would like to have an ice machine on each floor, especially near the lobby. A few more parking spaces would be great.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice lobby and patio, location is great. Parking convenient and safe.

The air conditioner was loud. Other than that everything was perfect.

The hotel accommodates pets. There is free parking onsite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and neat. Very nice rooms and the location is perfect!

It would be great if there were a few hot breakfast items. And ice/vending machine on the 2nd floor as well.

The ?vibe? of the hotel was a good match for me. It was immaculately clean & safe. The room was a good size. The bathroom was decent, with lots of big, absorbent towels, although I could?ve used a few more bars or a non-slip mat in the shower.

Close to trolley car line. Easy parking. Good continental breakfast

Room was a little musty

The location and history of the hotel made our NOLA trip all that better. Having the Streetcar right in front was a huge win for us. The closed parking lot gave us peace of mind for our vehicle and was a big reason we decided to stay at this hotel.

The air conditioning had a strange smell.

Very conveniently located by the Trolly line - stop was literally 100 yards away. Room was great, bed comfortable and room clean. The staff was off the hook friendly.

The staff was terrible!! There were roaches in the room!! We had 2 small service dogs with us and got called back when we left them in a kennel in the room at 2 o'clock in the afternoon to go to Bourbon street to get some lunch it was 108 degrees humidity
