Not clear about charges, called front desk with issue with the bathroom and nobody came had to call back and request a different room. My 19 yr old found drugs in the hallway, she was told yeah Mardi Gras last week and we found a ton of drugs here!

Location during parades.

Old, outdated. Not worth the amount spent at all. Limited food options in the restaurant connected.

The TV didn?t work. No micowave also no bottles of water .Two of the drawer doors had no handles

Website said there were microwaves in the room and there were not. Refrigerator but no microwave. They also said there was breakfast which made you think it was iincluded in the price, but it was not! Breakfast was extra and expensive.

Great location! Pretty lobby.

Room was small for the price. Hotel did not allow cancellation at any time through this booking which I didn't love.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. After spending 20 minutes on hold after being told he had to attend guests that were in person, I arrived at the hotel and had him pick up the phone and tell me that he had to attend to the guests who were on the phone.

Cleanliness

I booked king size bed, due to over booking I was give 2 double bed. Two big person can¿t sleep in double bed together.

Beautiful historic hotel in great location.

Paid for corner room, one side faced an old building. Absolutely no view.

If we can help it, we only stay at Hilton! We have had nothing but amazing experiences and the rooms are the cleanest. We loved the size of our room, the large shower, and how comfortable the bed was. The fact that it was a historical hotel was awesome.

The water was only scolding hot water. No cold water at all during our stay.

I booked this hotel for 2 reasons :location and the pool.Only to find out they dont have a pool and have not had one for 6 years which was very disappointing to me and my other guests. I could have spent my money somewhere else and enjoyed myself.

We loved staying at this hotel. Staff was great, room was clean and the hotel was located in a perfect area of town.

Parking was super expensive at $56 a day.

They were so kind and helpful with our late check in. Room was very clean. We checked in so late that the beautiful young lady at the front desk said,"I going to give you a late check out of 12:30 with us even asking.

It will be nice when the front of the building restoration is complete because the building is beautiful.

When we dorst checked i. Thet gave us a room by the elevator so they changed out room. The room they moved us to the air wasn't workin in the room finally got our room changes about 3:30am

I like that it is adjoined next the restaurant Luke's. The food was great.

I didn't like that you have to pay $50 to park at your hotel. The cleaning service were inconsistent. The tub was never cleaned. When we arrived, the tub was not clean, we got cleaner from the maid to clean it. The cold water also did not work.

Room was hot, not properly cleaned and bad water pressure/plumbing.

We arrived a little early and they were very accommodating in checking us in early. The front desk was able to answer any questions we had. Valet service along with bring our bags up to our room was was very nice. Room service was very quick and good.

There was not much we did not like.The only thing I would do is add a microwave in the King suite rooms.
