    Pros +

    • Options for both dining and relaxation are fantastic (inside the hotel and close by). There's a restaurant, a bar for sports fans, and a library-esque area for those who'd rather relax with a book or have work to do. The food in the bar area is amazing.
    • The decor and design. Spaciousnessof the rooms. The multiple areas in the lobby and outdoor area for relaxation and visiting with friends. The restaurant had excellent food.
    • the staff is very pleasant and professional the facility is clean and beautifully designed great location

    Cons -

    • The refrigerator in the room leaked while I was there, but I didn't notice it until the following day when I was packing to leave. The water was pooled on the bottom, and the motor for the fridge looked frozen.
    • There was a bedside lamp which could not be used because there was no outlet for it to be plugged into.
    • we are sorry we only stayed for a week

    The rooms were nice.

Yes, I ask for a quiet room. I was originally put on the bottom floor on an alley outside the room. Homeless people gather there and partied all night until the police came at 5:30 am to make them leave. I was not credited for the room as promised.

This hotel is simply beautiful. The room was exactly as described and super clean. The bar/sitting areas provided the most relaxing environment. Everything was perfect. We¿ll definitely be back.

It¿s a lovely location and the lobby is cute

I did not like mostly everything about this hotel. They were incredibly disorganized. The suite was more than $--- a night and it had a terrible smell, it was dirty, it had no closet, the shower curtain was 2 feet too short for the shower, AWFUL!!

Beautiful lobby and common areas, wonderful staff and excellent location

I'm not a fan of when hotels use two flat sheets to cover a duvet, the duvet had some makeup stains on it and I think all linens should be washed between guests. Better towels would be nice.

    The style of the decor

The location. Didn't like looking for parking that wasn't so expensive or where my car might be safe. There were rats all over, some the size of cats. People sleeping outside the hotel on the sidewalk. This was a horrible trip. The area gave me anxiety.

The location is in not in but near the French Quarters. My room was simple and comfortable.

To get to my room, I had to use 4-5 steps. While I am able-bodied, it was a hassle with luggage and wish there was a better accommodation. Also, when checking in, there was only 1 front desk person and had to wait too long given the guest before me.

Nice,Charming little hotel that is well placed in between the CBD and the French Quarter. You can be at Jackson Square area on foot in 10-15 minutes.Due to COVID its really unfair to rate the hotel as all amenities were closed and staff was the front desk

One thing if use a debit card the hotel does the normal hold then you pay at checkout. Currently Hyatt leaves the hold in place for up to 5 days. This is something I have become accustomed to being cleared at checkout or wi 24hrs

The location of the Eliza Jane was perfect for us, outside the quarter but very centrally located to our planned activities. The common areas are very comfortable and relaxing.

Food and beverage service needs some attention and an upgrade. Someone had smoked in our room that lingered during our stay.

    10AnniaPosted on: 9-26-2018

The atmosphere, courtyard, buildings and room was amazing. The location is very convenient for walking to popular attractions. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We loved our stay.

The only thing we did not like was an error on our part. I wish we would have gotten a room with a view. I did not think about it when we booked and we ended up on the first floor looking at a parking lot.

    10JabariPosted on: 8-22-2018

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and very well decorated. The overall atmosphere was amazing.

Although the experience was great; there was a wet smell in the bathroom of 321 that would not leave. We called to housekeeping to have all wet towels removed soon agreeing using them but that didnt help.

Nice clean comfortable beds. Nice outdoor seating area. Quick walk to Ruby Slipper and Mother. Nice and quite.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-13-2018

I probably liked the location more than anything. It's close to the French Quarter, casino, Riverwalk, and several nice restaurants. Not too far from the Superdome, either.

There wasn't really anything that I did not like about the hotel.

    10FelipePosted on: 7-24-2018

Great space and location, staff was always available and extremely helpful. Easy place to get picked up by a car and great location for walking.

    10RussellPosted on: 7-24-2018

Beautifully restored building, nice finishing and very clean.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-18-2018

The room was clean, beautiful, and smelled fresh. The bed was super comfy, it was the nicest hotel I've stayed in (and I've stayed in 4/5 star hotels.

Per New Orleans, parking is expensive unless you find a place on the street. I love love love this hotel though, and hope to stay there whenever I visit.

    10VickiPosted on: 6-25-2018

I loved this hotel. It is new and loved the design layout. Room was awesome. I would most definitely stay again and recommend it to all. Great location, also.

Next to our room was an outdoor pavilion which played loud music all night
