Small room and poor lighting

The floor was installed poorly in the room. There were gaps where the vinyl flooring connected and it was easy to catch socks and slippers on the rough edges.

This hotel borders the French Quarter but is just far enough where the noise and craziness does not disturb your sleep. It is also on the trolley line to the Garden District.

Proximity to activities.

The room had no window, the lighting was poor, there was not an acceptable work space, the "refrigerator" was a mini wine fridge that at best kept drinks cold, but was not food safe.

Within walking distance to Dome and the Quarter, located in a safe area, nearby excellent restaurants

I had family members visit me in the room. There were four of us only two chairs. Guess I should have reserved a higher price room. Very limited dining options! Bar not open on Sunday probably the only one in the Quarter!!

This has to be the least nice AC Hotel I have ever stayed at. Odd rooms, hallways, and dirty bathroom. Parking charges were outrageously high as well.

Valet parking service was very slow 40 minutes to retrieve ny car in non peak time

The best thing about this hotel was the location. Everything else from the cleanliness, the staff, the check-in process and checkout process as well as amenities were well below four star quality.

I asked for water and coffee the next morning and the staff told me that they could not supply any water or another pot of coffee. If this is a Marriott, then they should have fully stocked water and coffee as a Marriott Bonvoy member I would expect that

Nice big comfy bed, high quality toiletries, we also got cleaning service daily.

I would like coffee available all morning, not just starting at 11am. Should be included for all. The coffee in room was not that good

The rooms were clean and the hotel is close to everything

The staff was horrible and they did not care enough about people cars being broken into while in valet

The location

The hotel room smelled like an ash tray, and being an interior room, they had a window to the hall way, and a weird ¿faux¿ window like on a cruise ship.

Staff was helpful & friendly. Marquita went out of her way to make sure my city view room was ready for early checkin. Location is great and taxis & Uber are easy to get. Rooms are so quiet & restful. Bathroom was very modern. Love the free bottled water!

This is definitely not a four-star hotel:

No self parking additional expense for parking. Amenities no good pool false advertisement for parking.

Basic hotel

My room was dirty (I found skittles on the floor). The shower didn¿t work properly. No microwave even when you ask you have to go downstairs to microwave your food. We were told we would get a call for early check in and it never happened.

Location

I took my children on the trip with me and the hotel room television did not work and when we asked someone to fix it he couldn¿t get it fixed. Instead he said the hotels Internet was down in select rooms, but I was connected to the Internet on my MacBoo

The location

I had to wait four and a half hours to get into my room after arriving before noon. While the hotels all say a three o¿clock check in,I sat in the lobby and watched waves of people arrive hour after hour who got a room right away.

No airport shuttle, Lobby smelled, ice machine broke , coffee maker in room not working, roaches in room, people partying late at night, no breakfast or coffee in lobby , desk opens at 6 was charged twice

There wasn't anything I really liked about the room

The room was misrepresented by photos online. The room was not really clean and the bathroom sink was dirty. The room was very tiny with no view. I felt like I was in a cell. The staff was disorganized. There was no room service available to correct issue

The decor was nice. The location was perfect.

My shower in my room did not work properly. The rain head did not come on at all and the handheld one was leaking. Also the room was not lit very well.
