    Pros +

    • Clean and nice
    • Priceline cheated by not disclosing full information. They booked me for Caesars Place but when i reached there my booking was in other hotel.
    • Location

    Cons -

    • Parking for hotel guests was advertised at $20/night. I went to Ruth Chris and got a $20 parking voucher, but when I went to leave, they charged me $40 instead of $20.
    • Priceline is cheating by not disclosing the fact about the hotel booking
    • we did not receive the room we booked. we were given a king room that was lesser because the view wasn't there. it was also old, dirty and missing key items like a toilet paper roll- really? a toilet paper roll is missing. Ridiculous.

Misleading booking for Caesars room was actually at Harrah?s old hotel across the street.

When I booked the hotel, I thought I was booking for Casear's Palace, not Harrah's hotel. The pictures did not match up with the hotel room I received. I even called Casear's to confirm staying in the main casino/hotel ahead of time.

We had a wonderful time in New Orleans.? and staying at this hotel/casino was a big part of that experience: wonderful people, beautiful room, easy (walking) access to the Riverwalk, Jackson Square & Cafe du Monde.

    Great location

Stayed 2 days, 9th floor and had no internet at all. Hotel couldn?t fix access.

    Location

It¿s all a lie. I would have never spent the amount I did for sub pair property. Called 5 times for pillows and towels. I order food from a site they offer. It never came. You can¿t speak to anyone. It states 24 hour room service &bathrobes. Its a rip o

The hotel and casino is 100% smoke-free which was a major plus for me.

It wasn't stated at check-in or during the booking process that if you want to connect your laptop to the hotel's wifi connection that you would be charged! I only found this out when I went to check out, nevertheless I didn't argue or challenge the charg

    I've stayed at harrahs often

Female valet seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. The new rules and pricing for everything is absurd. A late checkout is 50 bucks.

Staff wasnt very nice. Room could of been a lot cleaner. Crumbs in sheets, dirt in cornors, red splatters on wall.

    Not very clean.

Staff was rude. $$$for everything. Free internet was for only 2 devices. Casino is NOT in the hotel but across the street. Valet parking is $49 a day. Nothing handicap friendly here. Drinks were not free and food was pricey. For over $200 a night.

    The location

I requested wash clothes at 5pm. Never came, so in the morning I went to the front desk & ask for 2. She only have 1, but I didn¿t notice until I got back to my room. Called housekeeping, they delivered hand towels &no cloths 2 hours later. Bring your ow

The room was very clean with a great view and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I did not like that you had to go to the casino and sign up for a players card to get the free parking offered with the room.

    1AngelaPosted on: 7-12-2022

    It was the worst

Everything, no complete sheets lied about the bed availability in the room front desk lied no room service and not enough staff had to get everything myself at the front desk we paid a lot of money for a bad experience could have had better service at a c

Free parking if you sign up

They don¿t have any towels. I asked for it twice they did not give it until we left. Housekeeper entered our room at 9 am when we were still inside not even checked out yet. We paid extra for early check in even though it¿s already 2 pm

    7JamesPosted on: 9-19-2021

They had rooms available. Normally not a place I would select when traveling for work

First room was dirty (sewage on the bathroom door). Front desk staff tried two other rooms and the third room was clean. The front desk ladies were excellent and wanted to make everything right. It¿s hard, everyone is short staffed.
