The AC didn't work in our room. The door to the room across from ours was kicked in. We had 3 electrical outlets one by the bathroom sink one was being used for the TV and cable box and the other was behind the bed being used for the 2 lamps.

The room was beautiful and nicely decorated the bed was very soft and comfortable

No there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel

Was problem with the shower had maintenance in are room for 3 hours that we were there we left they weren't done. Only fixed half the problem then when I tried to get a later check out because of it was given attitude by staff

Close proximity to where I needed to be, during college football season I frequently use this hotel

This hotel need to offer or have an iron and refrigerator in the rooms asked front desk person for items never received

After our horrible experience of the first room, they gave us a new one which was better. And gave us new sheets and towels when requested. Workers were very nice but hotel was nasty!

First room we were assigned to: the key card didn¿t work so we walked right in, I inspected the beds and there were two dead roaches behind the bed ON the bed sheets, stains on mattresses, tobacco droppings behind the bed, and smelled musty. Pool dirty!

Dirty bathroom, dirty towels, tub was not cleaned

The hotel was old and run down. Dirty with roaches in the room. I guess I get what I paid for, but never again. My worst hotel experience.

The hotel manager told me that my safety is not their responsibility and that I need to stay off those sites. I got assulted and robbed at their property no one tried to assist me. They need to understand this is a hotel not a retail store.

I didn’t like the Stay at the hotel at all , the room was dirty and hot.

The rooms was dirty and the walls had black stuff on it was the worst stay I ever ya din my life of getting hotels

The pool was nice and the staff was super friendly .

The deadbolt on my room did not work

1. Close to the 10 Freeway. 2. Clean, modern room. 3. Parking right next to hotel. 4. Generally quiet. 5. Exceeded star rating.

1. Wifi cut out a couple times. 2. Neighborhood can be a bit sketchy, but you're fine at the hotel. 3. For better or worse, the guests typically appear to be in their twenties.

The lady, at the front desk was very helpful during our stay.

Our first room, the water would not cut off after we showered, and in our second room, after requesting to change, the heat did not work in the second room.

no air conditioning which had caused many to cancel their reservations which the lady at the front rudely pointed out no refunds...when we decided to stay in the city another day we asked for a discounted rate and werent even able to finish the question..
