The Staff and Valet Parking was Amazing !!

They were under construction so the elevators were slow.

Trolly was right in front. The pool and hot tub were nice.

The front desk at check in. Hotel employee checked us in. He was not at all informative. Gave us a booklet and sent us on our way. NO explanation of where anything was, what was offered or hours of operation. I was very disappointed.

The staff were all amazing. The room was really clean. The trolley pick up was in front of the hotel.

Distance from the French Quarters. But the trolley rides allowed for a nice visual exploring of New Orleans.

They put me in a room with no water pressure, so had to change rooms. None of the room lamps lights bulbs worked in either room. That's 4 dead bulbs. When I asked for a new room they told us we had to move rooms within half an hour.

The room/suite was impeccable and well-stocked ... including dish detergent.

The halls are not pretty.

The size and cleanliness of the room and the access to public transportation.

The staff was fantastic and got us a room before check in and also gave us great recommendations for restaurants

Staff was great and super helpful except the timeshare sales staff. They were beyond picky.

Sales staff, slow and outdated elevators along with rude housekeeping staff that would constantly slam the door to their storage closest which was across from our room

I did not like the fact that they did not clean the room. It would have been nice if at check in that told me that. They were more interested in signing me up for a timeshare/vacation share that they left that out. The room was way overpriced.

The walls are paper thin. Very loud. My husband and I were woke at 3:30 by people talking very loud in the hallway. The bathroom was very small

Room sizes, and staff were very nice.

Did not like the fact that I kept calling to confirm if I had a room, only to be told that I did not. This occurred over 5 times and I wasn't pleased with the uncertainty.

The trolley sits right in front of the hotel. The room was wonderful it was a one bed room apartment. Near by store's. Full size fridge/stove/microwave.

The bathroom was small but nice, the sale pitch was friendly and we did get the gift card but, I filled out all this paperwork during the presentation and asked them not to run my credit they did anyway I received the alert.

Great staff, excellent and clean room -- a suite. Fair price.

Location!!

Timeshare sales pitch at every turn. And, they called my room AT 9AM to "check on me" and invite me to the sales meeting they were having that day.

We did not like anything about this TIMESHARE.

This is not a hotel it is a timeshare. The sales people hassle you during the entire stay. Even calling your room and cell phone. There is no maid service, only towels. No restaurant in the "hotel". Very disappointing.

The location is definitely a selling point. The staff were cordial . The room was clean and comfortable. Having the streetcar directly in front of the hotel was convenient. So many pluses for this hotel.

No problems EXCEPT their internet connection, wireless, that needs work. Otherwise, except for the so so location, it was great. Second stay.

I came to enjoy the city and not to be sold off on a timeshare. That should be told to guest before they book your hotel.
