Pros +
- Location was convenient but in a mixed use neighborhood. Parking was not an issue but on street.
- I enjoyed the location, friendly staff, and the room was very nice.
- The atmosphere was great
Cons -
- Front door pretty much requires two hands to operate from inside.
- You really have to read the description of the whole place, there are only 2 rooms with a private bathroom. They only offer free coffee, parking was a little difficult being it¿s street parking. It is only 1 block off the interstate.
- Never saw anyone with the exception of a "care taker" the first day; so, cannot comment on the staff. Having a problem with the cost -- we canceled the 03 June date several weeks ahead of arrival. Still trying to charge for that day, unacceptable.

I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel!!! Aunt Gayl was a beautiful and phenomenal hostess. Charming, hilarious, gracious, warm, welcoming, with that inimitable New Orleans swag and the greatest of wit!!
I love everything about this Hotel and I’m telling everyone!
Conveniently located. There¿s an In & Out close by.
It was clean home away from home quiet
I guess I mis-read the ad for the hotel, did not know that the bathroom was separate
