Location is ideal to catch the St. Charles streetcar. Staff is responsive to your needs. Breakfast better than most. Security exceptional, card access elevators, hotel entry.

Met all our needs

Very clean. They even clean all the windows. Pool was very clean and very good. Lobby always had cold water available for guests. 24/7.

Parking is expensive for not being in the French quarter.

Very nice room, bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the breakfast had good choices, and the location was perfect.

The hotel was okay the room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Just didn't care for the location that just me. The complimentary breakfast menu was okay. The parking lot was small but convenient and I like that you need your hotel key to enter the elev

The location wasn't in the best location. It was hard to locate for someone who isn't from the city of new Orleans. I wish that it will give you complimentary water or snacks in your room.

The beauty and cleanliness. The complimentary cheese trays and breakfast were wonderful.

No almond milk and no free shuttle to the port of New Orleans as advertised.

Good location for our needs. Right on the St Charles trolley line ($3 24hr all pass). Next door to Superior Grill with great Margaritas! Plus they can go in NO.

Was just as expected.

Had to pay to park zt this hotel. 15 dollars a day plus tax cost $50.75 not Cool !!!

The stay at the Hampton Inn on St.Charles was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location for you could walk out the front door and catch the trolley car to most parts of New Orleans. The hotel staff were very nice and polite.

Yes I have a great deal of bed bug bites on my legs. Told front desk said they would take off parking charges and notify housekeeping Would not stay here again.

Location One of the receptionist was helpful.

Very poor paint job. Plaster was peeling on ceiling. Hallway leading to room was brown and dirty.

Hotel was great! Located for easy street car access and could walk to several restaurants. Very comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. New Orleans has construction going on everywhere - enjoyed St Charles Ave - quieter and lovely.

TV operation was an issue at first.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the patio lovely. Perhaps even more important, the location in the Garden District can't be beat. The free parking was a tremendous convenience, as was the nearby trolley.

Location is great - in the beautiful Garden district (amazing mansions all around you)and a 10-15 minute trolley ride to the French Quarter. Staff is excellent(Hotel Employees were great). Rooms small but functional- beds comfortable (I'm a Chiropractor)

Bathrooms and bedrooms quite small

Loved the location, room was great and breakfast and having coffee and tea 24/7 also cheese/fruit in afternoon.

I was in town by myself for a funeral, so going out walking alone in the evening for food wasn't exactly what I wanted to do.Not having room service was a bummer.But front desk gave me a whole list of places that delivered and the food was great.

lobby was freezing. yes it was 105 outside glasses fogged up going outside!

Cleanliness of the room and overall comfort of the hotel was nice. Breakfast was exceptional. The location of the hotel was very convenient to catch the trolley to downtown. Really liked the free parking at the hotel.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.
