The people in the room neclxt to us were very loud and kept knocking on our door upside spoke with staff and it was taken care of there were about 10 people in that room

The location was perfect for Mardi Gras!

The 3rd floor that we had our room on smelled like mildew. After taking a shower it was apparent the hotel didn¿t design the shower properly. After showering the whole bathroom floor and the carpet outside the bathroom were soaked.

Excellent location just off bourbon street.

Plastic bits from other visitor's beads on floor. Found a roach in the bed. Shower head broken. Bath lights flickered, half out. Bed not to my taste-- too firm.hotel restaurant not exceptional, but prices were. Room substantially smaller than photos.

The service was outstanding. Location was excellent. Facility is clean.

the location and the staff were AMAZING - the pool was also a nice oasis.

the rooms were SMALL and the walls were very thin . the bathroom was also small, no counter space, no place to put products and the shower was big but the shower head was lack luster and close to the wall.

Beautiful modern room, good AC, big bathroom.

The arrival experience with the valet was not the most pleasant. He seems bothered that I arrived.

The room was to small and the bathroom was compact.

The heat went out in my room so I was freezing and then when I was trying to check in they was over charging my card three times and I could never find valet. But the bartenders were great!

Food was ok

I found roaches in my room. It totally ruined my experience. For the price of the room. You would think otherwise. Not only were there roaches. Cleaning lady didn’t get it up

Distance from burbon St.

Housekeeping did not clean the room! We contacted them three time, three different ways and they never came. When they did come they did not restock. They took out the holding deposit the day we checked out, not the day we checked in like they said.

Only can say location was good. Would not recommend based on all other factors.

Staff was rude. Hotel oversold.Tried to make me transfer hotels. Manager was rude. Room was not cleanest. Smoke alarm set outside bath and went off EVERY time you took a shower. Manager insisted ALL the rooms do this. Thin walls, could hear everything.

Rooms desperately need updated. Matress was worn out and gave no support. Pillows were small and flimsy, flat and provided little support or comfort. Valet parking price is rediculously high. New car smelled like a garbage truck when returned.

Room was extra large compared to most hotels. Walking distance to almost everything in the French Quarter. We went to their restaurant at 9:40 p.m., They close at 10p.m. The chef made us a cuban sandwich and cheese-beer soup. Both were excellent .

Bottled water was $5.00 each. Fridge was so stocked, that we couldn't fit any of our own drinks in.

The location was pretty good. Close to everything. Could walk just about anywhere within 5-7 minutes.

Staff was not great. Room only cleaned twice in 4 days. Dishes and trash in hallways . Rodents in the courtyard at night. Expired drinks in mini bars. Plus they lied to us and said they would give us 6000 points in return for the bad stay and did not.

Never heard of a hotel guest room with a swinging bathroom door. Disgusting!

Decor was beautiful and creative and location was PERFECT, close to EVERYTHING!
