The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel

The hotel is beautiful. Staff was amazing. Hotel employee was above and beyond to help us.

I may be just me but I was a little disappointed in the pool. Smaller than I thought and the bar was right there and I didn’t feel good about people sitting around watching. But no one else seemed to mind

Caters to people coming to view decor, take pics and have a drink (or attend event) than it does to guests. And it’s overwhelmed by one-night guests staying for parities - with not enough staff for smooth turnover, which caused us to miss ticketed event.

I cannot emphasize enough how happy I was with my stay at the Roosevelt in New Orleans. Their staff is incredible, attending to anything you may need. The service provided at the spa, pool, restaurants and entry way into the hotel were impeccable!

The staff at the pool and the bell hop actually the overall staff was excellent

I didn't like that there was no microwave in the room also the fridge was so tiny.

Great location in the French Quarter next to Canal Street. Only a couple of blocks to Bourbon Street and rich night (and day) life. Pool was well maintained with attendants very helpful. Nice bar in the pool area. Overall a grand hotel!

Price for parking was $57+ tax. We opted to park in public parking across the street for $25/night

Location is great. Well kept and maintained. Evening staff great.

Breakfast staff were as bad as the evening staff were good.

The room was gorgeous, staff accommodating and friendly, location was great and Christmas decorations in the lobby were stunning.

The only companion was check in was at 3:00 and room wasn?t ready until almost 5. We had a dinner reservation at 5. They did allow us to get ready in the spa and hold our bags and gave us free drinks.

The elevator was broken when we arrive there was a problem with the water but other than that our experience was great

Roosevelt is 5 stars across the board. Location-walkable to all of French Quarter and Frenchman without having to stay in the middle of the 'crazy'. Stunning property. Don't skip onsite bar (Sazerac) for exceptional cocktails.

Exceptional Stay. The check in process was seamless and quick. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, providing all the necessary information about the hotel?s amenities and services. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, high quality linens

I loved the overall charm of this hotel, especially during the Christmas season.

The area where valet parking is a perfect storm area. Guests,bellmen,valet parking and regular city traffic all seem to converge in one small area. Surely someone can "play" traffic cop there to facilitate the ins and outs.

We loved the staff, and hotel amenities. This place had so much attention to details.

We hated how busy the lobby was. They have it decorated and open to the public. It makes it very hard to get to your room at night or enjoy the resturants and bar inside.

Nothing really.

Not really a 5 star hotel, especially when it comes to service. Almost no information was shared about the hotel or facilities at check in, and there was nothing special about the hotel itself. All very average, but to be fair, so was the price.

Parking is valet only and $50 + a night.

Some of the towels had makeup stains, shower knob was broke and kept falling off

Pool was very dirty after a day of many swimmers...stayed one day extra to hang out at the pool so we were very dissapointed
