The location, breakfast Buffett, and customer service was exceptional.
Great location - so charming and beautiful! The staff was soooo friendly and helpful! We could walk everywhere!
Breakfast was great, the staff could not do enough for us. Good location, close to everything we wanted to see within walking distance.

Cons -

I did not like the small elevator, or the view from my room. I was on the 3rd floor facing a brick wall. The parking is horrible. The room is nice though.

I wish the room was a little bigger. Once you got in there the two king beds just took over the entire space. It was nice but if I had a choice I would rather have queen beds with a sitting room. Still it wasn't something I would consider a complaint

The breakfast was amazing with lots of selections and the staff was the friendliness I have ever met at a hotel!!! Also the Tv was HUGE so everyone could see it AND they were smart TVs with access to all our Favorite streaming apps!!!

Receptionist staff (young lady on arrival) very helpful and friendly. Directed us to the local restaurants and went to kitchen and got hot water for me. Very much appreciated.

I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great, the staff were helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a great hotel to stay in New Orleans, and you can walk to many different places.
