Nothing?!! I spoke with the owner, and she's a con artist... I can see what it says to awful reviews... I was wanting to beware...

Nothing. It made you play for The use of a bath towel.. I put it on the floor outside the shower but they had no shower mat because the floor was filthy

The front desk associate was kind.

Everything. It was messy and unacceptable. The location was awful!

The place needs to be completely gutted and remodeled. There is black mold, tripping hazards, holes in the floors, corroded bathtubs, dirty/stained sheets, urine stains on box mattresses, evidence of bed bug’s on mattresses, no drainage in sinks/tubs.

It is not a hotel, it is barely a motel and not a good one. The room didn't have phone, it was not a pleasant experience. I reluctantly took shower onc, the tube was not clean and there were germs and build up all over it.

Location, location, location. Close to the Quarter. Easy to walk to everywhere. You aren't paying for amenities, you're paying for convenience.

Rooms could have been spruced up. Ton of potential with this location.

Horrendous, horrible is damage walls are falling down. Don?t shower water doesn?t drain. Shut it down I will be complaining to the city of Louisiana.

Very dirty. Police were there when we arrived. We left immediately and did not stay there at all. Pillows, sheets, and mattress were terrible. Comforter was visibly dirty with black and brown areas. We would like a refund. We did not stay longer than15min

Very scary place. Felt unsafe, lots of unsovoury characters checking in. Place is old and run down, room furnishings are old and unsanitary. Bathroom doors on broken hinges, had an unpleadant experience with checkout. Do not leave valuables in the room!!!

Checking out knowing I would never stay there again!

Everything! It was, at best, a half-way house full of nefarious people, one of whom tried to steal my luggage from me. The "hotel" & my room were disgustingly dirty, in utter disrepair, the checkout staff was hostile & unaccommodating. Awful place!

We got there and the front desk attendant was overwhelmed with guests and didn't seem super organized. I get it, so we patiently waited. When we got our key we walked upstairs and were immediately confronted with insane noise coming from one of the rooms.

Hotel was certainly servicable, loved the staff and location but the rooms were tiny, the whole place smelled like urine, and the feeling of security was nonexistent.

The room was the worst I¿ve ever experienced in a hotel. No one had cleaned the room before our arrival, dirt and mouse droppings all over the floor. At night the mice came into the room, through holes in the walls, running all over.

I did not appreciate "The pool being out of order bullshit" Many hotels say this when they too lazy to clean and maintain the pool area !

I didn't like any of it. Its run down old wood flooring. No peep hole. Nothing to hang clothes. Gaps around A/C. Soft floors. Bath sink hanging on wall. Tub horrible with paint chips. TV didn't work. And bed mattres sunk in rolling to center. It all was

A nightmare. And for me to say disgusting I paid $100.00 & ice is 25 cents per half small bucket. Plus my guest couldn't stay there

Staff was very nice.

Room was in very poor condition: very uneven floor with holes in the planks, a large dip in the bathroom floor, gross looking tub, doors difficult to close, saw a big roach in thr bathroom. And a mouse got into our stuff.
