At check-in I received a little bag of snacks, and a small hand fan. The room decor was cool.

The overpriced parking that didn't offer any other option. $51 for 1 day!

I loved the dog area and how clean the hotel was. The staff was so friendly and the hotel smelled so good. A close walk to the superdome

Pool was out my granddaughter didn't get to enjoy.

Minimum flush toilets that keep you flushing. They have a pool table in the lounge but anyone from off the street can access it. They should restrict access to guests. Only one of three elevators functioning during half my stay. Pool was very cloudy.

I would appreciate it if a free continental breakfast was available. The snacks were ridiculously expensive. 5 dollars for a candy bar is wild!

Perfect location to walk to almost everything. Quiet compared to those on Canal St. I loved the added security of having to keycard in the elevators.

No continental breakfast. I wish there was a nightlight in the bathrooms, they?re pitch black at night. I should?ve done my research on parking because it is $43 to valet your vehicle, but the same garage only charges $25/day to park on your own.

1.5 block walk to Canal St & streetcar line (1 day pass=$3), 2.5 block walk to end of Bourbon St, healthy walk to Jackson Square & French Market, quiet, the windowless room was DARK & a little to adjust to, pool was nice, valet should be included in price

The windowless room was an adjustment. The valet was $97 for 2 nights- not unexpected due to reviews but the garage is off-site if you need anything from the car

They changed my room from a double to a single leaving my guess sleeping on the floor

The front desk ladies were cooler than a fan lol...they kept me laughing and made me feel comfortable and welcome!

I hated the parking charges!!

The decor was very nice, nice and clean

U have to pay for parking and valet takes to long to bring your car. There was a 150 deposit that wasn?t mentioned and you really won?t get it back because you still have to pay 50 for valet which would be added to the room so yea no deposit back.

Nice room, place was clean, housekeeping everyday and great location.

The hotel was very nice but I was very disappointed because I booked a king size bed but got 2 queens, I am 6¿5¿ and 309 lbs I need a king size.

I just didn¿t like the fact that I reserved a king and got a queen size bed.

The location was great!

The noise from surrounding area. The hotel needs thicker windows. The delay in valet services was horrendous. It was not overly family friendly, but not terrible.

When we arrived the valet driver was not there. He was at another hotel working. We paid for valet, so we waited over 45 min for him to arrive. When he gets there he copied off my accent and laughed. Then told us he can¿t park his truck in the garage.

So we asked him where can we park he said he don¿t know somewhere else but not in front of the hotel because he will get the car towed. They did not care or try to help us he walked away with no remorse. It took 1 hour to find somewhere to park.

Our tv did not work our entire stay no one was able to fix it. The walls were super thin we heard everything that was going on in the room next to us. We requested extra towels and those were not received until the day after.

Lovely and clean rooftop pool. Cute modern styled room, the greeting on the TV was a cute touch. Toilet gave us a little trouble but shower was so great! Staff was absolutely wonderful!

Most of the staff were very friendly and accomodating and went out of their way to be helpful. THe tall light skinned guy with dreads wrapped up on top of his head was not very helpful and did not try to help in an embarassing situation when my card had

continued from top - been declined and my reservation was cancelled. I did not receive an email concerning this so I was very surprised after traveling for over 4 hours to get to the hotel and find this out. Empathy goes a long way.

The location was great

There was no free hotal parking as stated on site. The ac in room was not working correctly.

Would have loved USB charging Ports in the room.
