Beds were comfortable

The heat was poor. Got switched out of a room due to no heat. Staff was extremely rude and argumentative. Toilet in second room needed repair. Needed extension cord as there was only one outlet in the bedroom, which was on the opposite wall from the bed

Didn’t have breakfast. Room was great.

Parking is terrible. Still waiting on my $100 security deposit.

Location right in the middle of Bourbon Street

That I requested a 2 bed and had to downgrade to a 1 bed day I arrived.

I hated it

the room was comfortable and the staff was great so was the location.

There was no shower curtain when we arrived, only 1 washcloth, the next day there weren’t any washcloths at all so we had to use hand towels, i had to use something from home because we did not have a mat or towel in the room to step out of the shower onto, we did not have a do not disturb sign in our room, the sheets on the bed were not changed, they just made the bed, there was a balloon tied to the ceiling fan from the previous guests which was noisy when turned on.

Courtyard area was lovely and private. Beds were comfortable and property was very clean. Location was perfect (middle of the French Quarter) and felt very safe. Good amenities as well.

Corridor to the apartment was dark and narrow and smelled very strongly of weed.

The hotel was perfect walking distance from bourbon and the french quarter. i had a very big and spacious room that had a seperate living room area. our flight landed early in the morning and we dropped off our luggage with front desk for a couple of hours until check in time.

Staff was friendly. Comfortable bed. Cool. Clean.

The room is way to small. Barley able to fit in the restroom. Able to hear people next door laughing and screaming. Fighting the next night. Woke me up at 1 30 am.

Location, ambience, balcony, cleanliness. I would recommend this hotel.

Ice machine too far from our room.Steps dangerous for old folks.

The location was close enough to the tourist area without being loud.

Our first room, the ac, did not work, nor the TV. The maintenance man was able to fix the TV, but not the ac. We switched rooms, the ac & TV worked, but the shower was all cold water. My adult children on the other hand, had scalding water in their shower and no cold water. The building is very old so I did not expect perfection, but after a day in NOLA in August, you really do need a shower.

The location, the aesthetics, the service, the room, all was excellent!

We were there during a heat wave, so it would be great if there were mini fridges in the rooms so we could keep water bottles cool.

Location was great

Could hear everything from cars to neighbors talking which caused waking up all through the night. This is expected in a city and I will remember to bring a white noise machine next time!

Close to all the things we like to do and the cost was a great value

The key is a download on your phone which would be great if it worked half the time lol

The room itself was beautiful! It has a real historical feel with a modern twist. I appreciated the hardwood floors. The outside of the property is a bit run down looking but the room was nice.

Tight spaces and old on the outside. The I’ve machine was located all the way on the other side and we had to walk outside the hotel and down the sidewalk and open another door with the room key to get ice.

The location was perfect, very centrally located, and walkable to everything we wanted. It was clean enough, the room was a good size for just my husband and I.

The AC unit was dripping water, not a lot but noticeable.

Proximity to where we wanted to go!

Paid parking was 20 minute walk and hard to find from hotel!
