Best thing about this hotel is the location, excellent quality, kitchenette and the wonderful balcony.

Check out time is too early.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Suite was clean and cleverly decorated. Very comfy bed. Colors were cool, modern, trendy. Excellent complimentary Community House coffee.

Parking rate of $35/nite. I know it is downtown New Orleans, but Ouch!!!

The staff is very very rude they will try to scam You on smoking fees when no smoking occurred in room will be hiring lawyer for false accusations and false charges

I loved the spacious suite. The room was so nice and updated. The kitchenette was a plus as well. The hotel staff was wonderful and so nice!!! The hotel and rooms were decorated so nice!! The Roof top view was nice as well!!!

The hotel staff gave me a tour of the building and made sure I was settled comfortably. This was especially great as I was traveling alone. I was safe the entire time.

The room was gorgeous and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location on the edge of the French Quarter. Was a little noisy, but that is expected due to the location. The layout and design of the room was great. I particularly liked the separate living room and bedroom.

Great value for the price. Location, security, quietness, cleanliness and friendly staff was worth more than the much higher priced hotels nearby. Enjoyed the sundecks in the mornings and the kitchenette for the awesome French Quarter left overs.

The layout of the hallways was a little confusing the first day but we figured it out quickly.

We had an amazing, funky, spacious room. Perfect for our long weekend in New Orleans. Bed was very comfortable and a perfect location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

Staff at the front desk varied in helpfulness. Some went above and beyond, some disinterested. My only warning is this place is noisy. Fellow residents and early morning trucks. Problem solved by ear plugs for all on the second night. Worth the investment.

Excellent location, friendly staff and the room was big and clean.

Great location in the French Quarter, with clean and spacious rooms, bathroom and kitchenettes with cutlery and plates, etc. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, plus friendly and helpful staff (especially Keith and Kennith). Mahogany Jazz Hall is the next street over (highly recommend checking this venue when you stay here). I look forward to staying there again on my next visit to New Orleans.
