Kimpton Hotel Fontenot

The location was perfect and the staff was warm and welcoming. They had the most comfortable beds and accommodations. Always stay at Kimpton but this was the best so far. Can?t wait to return for a visit

Clean spacious room. Friendly staff.

Overcharges!!! Right now, I am waiting on over $500 in refunds. I noted the hotel was prepaid, and my card was taken for incidentals. Later that day, I was auto charged for the room again. In the middle of the night I was triple charged parking.

The staff was extremely helpful! Rooms were clean! The bed were very comfortable and the location was excellent!!!

Hotel was nice. Had hangout spots downstairs. Staff was friendly, valet included. Room was clean. Mattress topper felt amazing and fluffy!!

Hotel valet was from 7am to 12 midnight. Before or after that NO ONE was present to valet car. Being in tourist location of a city like New Orleans, you¿re likely to get back to your room after 12 midnight. Must street park then.

The location was excellent! Most of the staff was excellent. I loved the room and comfort of the bed.

Housekeeping knocking on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11 am.

No coffee maker in the room. At check in I had to leave a credit card 100 usd deposit for incidentals. They told me that my two cards were not accepted or declined and did not try to help me. Used same card in the coffee shop at lobby..the worked.

The location of this hotel was perfect ! It made walking to the French quarter and around New Orleans extremely easy. The staff was so kind and the room was clean and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again.

Parking in the lot was a bit pricey.

Everything. The hotel staff was super knowledgeable and helpful through the whole stay. Nicki was my favorite by far. Let us know everything and made sure we were good each time we walked in and out. The room was a great size too. Coming back for sure!!

Nothing really special

Elevators were dirty, room was not very clean, heat/ac was not working very well, very hot in room. The staff at check in was very rude, the hotel has no outside space to relax the lobby was very loud and limited space.

Perfect location. Easy shirt walk to the French Quarter, and is at the edge of the warehouse district. A couple blocks walk, and the streetcar takes one to the Garden District.

Proximity to every where in Nola.

Parking expensive. And no late night valet.

It's going on 2 weeks since our stay and we are still waiting on our incidental hold to be put back on our card and it's hard to get a person on the phone. Other than this we really enjoyed our stay.

A receipt is needed at the end of my stay and I have yet to receive a receipt from Hotel Fontenot with a zero balance. This was a business trip. I am Needing the receipt ASAP
