The bar in lobby closes at 10pm, wld be nice if it was a little later seeing as this is the Big Easy

The bed was so comfortable, the AC adjusted so quickly to make our room crisp and cool (awesome to escape the humidity), entire hotel seemed modern with updated features. Huge TV and some free TV apps were a nice touch. Valet quick and friendly.

Shower pressure and temperature were not great - temperature was too hot (maybe some would enjoy that) and did not adjust when temp setting was changed.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the wifi was fast.

I requested a king bed but was given two twin beds. Though it worked out in my favor as I wound up needing the extra bed. The beds were too low for me. I prefer beds that are higher off the ground.

The service was wonderful and warm. Across from outlet mall and street car. Far enough from Bourbon Street for peace and quiet. Good queen size beds and bedding. Large TV all cable channels, front desk help were wonderful, everyone there helpful.

No restaurant open at hotel due to Covid parameters, only bar food there. However, that food was good and the chef was so helpful with dietary restrictions. The décor although newly updated could use a woman's touch.

The location was amazing. The hotel has been renovated recently and is so modern and clean. The rooms were super spacious with plenty of light which is rare in many New Orleans hotels. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Although there are many things that would justifiably be things I liked about the hotel the number one would be the accommodating customer service and friendliness of the staff.

My first room had a very slow sink drain and the second room was placed next to domestic dispute in progress and I switched rooms twice. The front desk staff were more than accommodating and made sure my expectations were met and exceeded my expectations.

Newly renovated Marriott was very clean and nicely appointed. Location was close to restaurants and shopping. Beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

No accessible microwave

The location was great,able to find parking. Walking distance to many attractions. The rooms was clean and Up to date. The free body wash was great. The hotel was quiet and the staff was great from front desk to house keeping.

Parking was a bit difficult. Was advised parking in front of hotel was available and free. A couple of days into my stay free parking was changed to valet for 39$ a day.

They were very pleasant over the phone when I called to inform them that I would be checking in late.

They were doing very loud construction on the floor above us at 8 clock in the morning. It was a huge inconvenience seeing as check out isn’t until 11 am and I would have liked to get a few more hours of sleep before I had to make a 6 hr drive afterward

Horrible location. Construction outside and inside that started early and generated very loud noise for hours. Made me switch rooms for what seemed no reason. Tried to charge me for "free" internet. Have stayed in many NOLA hotels, this is the worst.

Maybe the hotel is normally fine but the construction was untenable. The location is okay.

The construction was absolutely unbearable. It sounded like someone was IN our room doing demolition from about 7 or 8 in the morning all through the day. The first day I took a lukewarm shower because the hot water didn't seem the be working.

For a 3 night trip, we were assigned to another Marriott hotel for the first night and came back after. The second night, we were checked out with no notice, and we had to check in on the third morning. The hotel lobby is also under construction.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and right where we needed to be close to our event.

Found blood On the comforter at the end of the bed, after we had already slept in it the night before.
