$100 deposit, refundable if room wasn't trashed. Should inspect the rooms before leaving. No heat 60� in the room. Trap door open in the ceiling in the bathroom. Hope no camera was up there

I LOVE the location. I come to New orleans frequently and appreciate the walking distance to some of my favorite places!

The bathroom was a little cramped but it didn't bother me a bit as I was by myself.

Interior room was very small with no window. Just glass block that was lighted to simulate one

It was so close to Canal street and a decent distance from the Superdome, location is perfect. The bed was super comfortable, the restaurant was great as well. I loved it here.

It's very easy to hear outside noise, so be prepared for that.

The location was great. A block off Bourbon but quiet. The staff was very friendly. Another couple booked "just the room"for those wondering,that means an interior room without windows. Great for sleeping. Our room had wrap around windows for great views.

No closets or place to hang clothes. But small price to pay for such a great room and staff. We have stayed at numerous hotels in New Orleans; this ranks in the top few.

room was advertised as "Queen- City view" my email confirmation however said, "room selection upon check in" I didn't notice. The room "Selected" was a tiny interior room. At least I got a queen bed, I could have got a double. Also, $100 charge, not hold

The hotel was very clean and well supplied. Excellent location.

The staff was less than friendly and not helpful. Be prepared to load/unload luggage in the middle of the street. There is no porte cochère, valet, or bellman. We had to Uber to the parking garage (3-4 blocks away) because of rain.

I used the room to shower and dress and they charged --- of dollars in room charges .

There?s was absolutely no water pressure in the shower! The parking is very expensive

A great hotel in a great location. Hotel team were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Location. Near to everything. On one of the main Mardi Gras parade routes.

The best thing about this hotel was its proximity to bourbon street. Restaurants are open later

It’s was close to all the events.

The breakfast staff wasn’t in place to serve breakfast.the room a/c didn’t work, and multiple outlets in the room didn’t work.

Convenient location, very clean and staff was very welcoming

Drunken guest were rather noisy in middle of night

Location was perfect. Staff was super friendly. They upgraded us to a balcony for our anniversary. Very clean and welcoming. We traveled with our dog and they were very accommodating.

The area is very very loud. This is really not the hotels fault, but stay on a high floor if you can. They warned us the lower floors were loud but we really had no idea.
