Super cute vintage hotel. Close to Decatur Restaurants and bars:right behind French market. Very friendly staff, arranged a cemetery tour/

Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for an extended stay. Loved the location and how convenient it was to everything we wanted to see. Although spaces are limited, we were able to park for free the entire week. Will be staying again.

Location, friendly staff and roomy suites. Also the communal balcony to hang out on overlooking esplanade. Great place to take lunch to.

Not myself. People need to be aware it is an older building. Everything is clean and kept up. I enjoyed the atmosphere.

The location was great!

Our room was very small. The big heater/air conditioner was directly behind the door and you could not open all the way which made it hard to get into. The blinds and curtains were all broken. The pool was full of leaves and had cups floating in it. We were thete for 5 days and no one took garbage or used towels or replenished any towels we had to ask then to come to find out we had to put in a basket that was supposed to have a sign telling us to do so. We had no hot water after 5 minutes of showering so everyone had to wait an hour before next person could shower. Coffee filters in Coffee pot but no coffee. It was terrible I wouldn't recommend

Location was good, very walkable to the main areas in the French Quatre.Very comfortable bed.

The train tooting in the middle of each night wasn't great :(I'm not a fan of shower curtains.

We loved the location!! It was close, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in the French Quarter.

Our room 313 was small and curved. Making it hard to move our luggage and clothing in the room. The mattress on the bed is very hard and makes for a very uncomfortable sleep, and the iron leaked water all over my clothes. The blinds need to be replaced, especially in the bedroom!

There is no Canteen or restaurant. They have provided a small cook top, microwave and utensils. You need to get your own supplies to cook. Or there is always the possibility of eating outside.

No food options.

the staff behind the check in desk are no help to new visitors. Super lazy and inattentive. i mean it is what it is just try to take pride in your job in customer service.

Self sufficient suites

Jacuzzi tub in suite, but not enough hot water. Cold pool. Too small exercise area.

We loved the room! We were in a suite on the 5th floor, and when with a family of 5, we were very comfortable! The kitchen was great since food can be very pricy on the quarter. It was also right next door to a small grocery and right across the street from the trolley.

We were traveling with our children, and this hotel is right on the outskirts of the quarter, which made walking at night a bit nerve-racking at times.

Beds and couch are awful, worn and dirty. Bed covers and blankets dirty and stained.Too dark inside, cannot open windows or shades, no air to enter inside“Second bedroom” is walk in closet with bed. No windows, just this constant open door.Cutlery was dirty, and not even a single coffee or tea given as compliment.Parking? “Sorry we are full” and no more discussion? We asked if later we can move the car in when other guests leave, he said leave it in the streets elsewhere.Loud from outside, no sound insulation.There are so many options that this should be the last resort.
