French Quarter Suites Hotel

Staff was nonexistent, no one at the front desk, no one answers phones.

Location and price.

The pool was inoperable.

The hotel had a lot of character and wasn't your garden variety generic hotel. The pool area was great. It was within walking distance of most attractions. The price was great.

It advertised a free continental breakfast both online and on the info in in the room. Apparently they did away with the free breakfast several months ago. No coffee in the room.

Paying twice for parking

Room was not cleaned. There was wet urine on the bed.

Good location and the room was spacious

We took out our own garabge and no towel service.

The gated parking was nice.

Dirty, run down, no blankets on the bed just sheets, filthy elevator, shower didn’t get even close to hot and not enough water pressure to wash your hair.

The space & affordability. Very walkable to the French Quarter, Nice courtyard and pool area . Rooms were comfortable and clean

There was no full length mirror, no extra blankets in the room No dresser or draws to put clothes in. No house Keeping , no one came around to empty trash bins, make beds or relace towels

I’ve stay at the property for many years. Love the location of hotel but front workers sucks. From Brittany … The manager Tyler is rude. Amanda is there to blow smoke up some ass to ease an issue.

Front Desk, no one come to room to take out trash nor clean rooms. You have to go get your daily towels also.

Bad experience

We stayed for two nights, but AC was not working. They tried to repair it, but they could not so we could not enjoy the stay in New Orleans at all. Due to this hotel. We asked for fun, but we didn’t get a single penny.

The desk agents were amazing. The property was very nice and well attended to. Pool area and balconies are very cool. Will definitely be renting from French Quarter Suites again.

The only things I didn't like were no housekeeping during my week's stay, and no smoking area on the property which is odd to me being that the prices of the rooms aren't cheap. Overall, I would still give them a 10 out of 10.

The room was big clean and updated, the bed was very comfortable.

There was no sign outside, we didn’t know how to find the lobby. The whole building seems abandoned from the front. We were convinced we got scammed until someone finally opened the incredibly obscure lobby door. The hallway on the way to our room felt like it was a parking garage with walls added.

The comfort and layout of the suite

It was in a good location. I felt safe and secure. it was very clean. It was a good value. It was very comfortable.

We could not get the TV to work the Internet or live TV

The check-in process was fully online, so when I got to the hotel I just needed to enter my PIN codes. The room was comfortable and quiet.

The pictures can be misleading. What you usually see is the French Quarter Courtyard Hotel and Suites and not the French Quarter Suites. Apparently, they used to be the same hotel, but no longer. So you may be expecting one thing and will get another. And, if you don't pay enough attention to the check-in directions, you may end up at the wrong lobby.

The room was big and comfortable. Easy check in, decent internet connection. It was a 15-20 min wals from many places, was happy with the accomodations

Nice large room. The ceiling fan didn't work due to the remote batteries being dead. Requested maintenance to resolve issue, but they never came. Walk ways are really narrow, and the couch in the room was outdated and filthy. Great location. Staff was friendly. The store next door is a plus for late night snacking.

Superb

It did not look anything like the pictures on the website just saying. It is not on the corner and you couldn’t tell it was the right place when you arrived. No signs
