Pros +

There were a handful of perks: Location was very convenient, there was a washer/dryer combo in the unit and you can stock your own supplies as needed from the first floor.

Cons -

Extremely dirty and stains on the chairs and cabinets, homeless sleeping under the interior stairs, the bed slats kept falling out while we were sleeping, and lastly the cockroaches.
