Holiday Inn Club Vacations New Orleans Resort

The location was amazing. We really enjoyed the signature suite.

Some of the stuff were not friendly at all. When we first arrived three/four staff outside. No one spoke nor offered to hold the door for us. Our hands were filled with luggage. We called for things no one came.

This hotel is very clean and it is centrally located to everything.

I did not like the fact that they take a deposit from you instead of just charging you an additional $120. When you check out your entire deposit is taken in all types of local taxes. Which is fine. I just don't understand why not add it to the total cost

Beautiful experience and I love the two bedroom villa. I have to  thank staff for being so pleasant with me and my daughter. My daughter had a wonderful time celebrating her birthday with her two friends that we had over for her surprised sleepover.

When I was told about being a member upon checking in I felt rushed and wasn't really asked if I wanted to do the timeshare presentation upon checking in. It took away from my day with My daughter.Next time I will not be bother with the presentation.

The Villa

Great location and really nice rooms. WAY better than a regular hotel room.

Parking was pricy but that is how it is in this area.

Ms. Sue was amazing. Super helpful and extremely courteous. The front desk ladies were are super nice and helpful

When we got there they couldn't find our reservation, booking.com screwed that one up. The ladies at the desk fixed that after 2 hrs. But were extremely nice and got the mishap fixed. When we finally got our room we had to leave our things and leave the room for a while cause they were painting the bathroom. Super weird time to do that on a weekend during Mardi gras. So of the plugs in the room didn't work. The head janitor have us a gift card for the few issues we had.

The gym is mediocre. It needs immediate and drastic updates. Even lesser quality hotels have better gyms. The pool didn’t give resort. It says here,there’s your pool. I was disappointed. Lots of gnats around the gym. Def left desiring more.

Horrible

I booked with booking.com. Paid for reservations before arriving to the property $423. When I checked out from the property, it said I wasn't even showing a payment from Booking.com. I showed the property. My confirmation of total payment ended up leaving the property on Sunday the 25th on May 27. The property charge my credit card $449.90. I have tried to contact the property multiple times now they're saying that they can't find my reservation and I paid for the stay twice with the total of almost $900.

The staff greets you from the moment you come and all throughout your stay. They also send you a text message asking if everything is ok with your stay. The room was spacious and clean with a full kitchen! Beds were comfortable! 10 out of 10!

Super close to bourbon/canal street!!

Parking to unload was crazy and limited. Valet fees were super high considering it was almost $700 for 2 nights it should have been included.

Very convenient location walking distance to most things. Useful to have a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Friendly helpful staff.

Extremely noisy bathroom fan, AC system and dishwasher. Microwave did not rotate so heated unevenly. Room was a bit cramped and sparse decor. Dated appliances and fixtures. Being pressured to attend a time-share sales pitch is unpleasant.

Great location - walking distance to all of the French Quarter, right on the streetcar line. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and well-equipped. Nice to have free laundry facilities.

The location is excellent! It was perfect for hopping on the trolley, exploring the French Quarter and Business district, or walking to a concert at the Smoothie King Center/Superdome. We were able to leave the car with valet and just walk or use transit the entire trip. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was large, comfy, and well stocked. We did not use the kitchen to cook any meals but we did use the toaster to make bagels each morning and the large fridge held our drinks and creamer. We also enjoyed the k-cup machine to have our morning coffee.

While the bathrooms are clean and well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, the showers could use some work. There was hardly any water pressure and the shower head would spray all over the bathroom if you even slightly moved it.

Everything especially Miss Sue who is always a pleasure to see

The presentation was supposed to be 90 mins but went on more than 2 hours

Check in process was terrible. They say my reservation got lost and they double charge me for the room.

Room was clean, spacious, modern and bonus having 2 bathrooms in 2 bedroom apartment, Location was fantastic, right in the heart of it without the noise of Bourbon Street.

Room was dark, no natural light due to building next door. They tried to get us to do a presentation on arrival for a time share however it was no problem that we said no.

Location was perfect for meeting with family and friends for a family wedding that we were attending. The staff were phenomenal - very personable and positively engaging beyond expectation. The room was spacious and kitchen well equipped, exceeding our expectations. The bed, pillows and bedding were very comfortable.

The pool was very tiny - more like a hot tub except that it had a normal pool temperature. We were still happy that there was any pool at all, but I could not swim laps in it due to its tiny size, which is why I chose this hotel, since it was advertised as having a pool. The facilities included a small area with grocery items, which was not restocked during the time we were there. There were 2 washers and dryers in a common area, but two of these were marked as not working. There was not a restaurant at the hotel, but having a kitchen in our room made up for that.
