- The pool and location in the French Quarter are amazing!!
Cons -
- There was no reception. If you had a problem, you needed to call or text a number. Seems a bit silly for a hotel
- Instructions to get into hotel were very confusing wasting alit of time on hold to get proper Instructions on how to enter.
- It?s very noisy!!!!! no room service. The few people that actually work here are rude. The front door remained unlocked 24/7. We left for the airport at 3 am on check out day and the hotel was unlocked and no one attendant. Never again staying here.
