My HONEST review. Room stunk like a dead rat. Had to leave the bathroom fan just to try to help with the smell. Bed VERY uncomfortable, pillow resembled hard rock. Food not the best. Not sure who would an HONEST good review, unless an employee or paid.

The Owner wasn't impressionable at all. There were "ROACHES" in my room. There was two in the restroom then one was walking on the nightstand. I immediately notified staff 7:00pm, requested a refund for the second day, packed and drove back to Baytown, TX

Room offer no Bottle water. Friendly checkin. Breakfast was very limited to unhealthy pastry and lousy coffee with no creamer.Checkout counter was unattended with a return note.Had to return 2x till finally called front desk phone for assistance..

It smelled like old mop water and shower smelled like sewage

The hotel is comfortable and close to family. Reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Wifi, cable, decent continental breakfast.

I liked everything here. Will stay again. This is my 4th time.

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent. Rooms were nice. There was dirty wash clothes hanging in the shower. But that's an easy error. Overall would rate 4 star.

Blanket for sofa bed was filthy.Room wasn’t cleaned/serviced.Staff didn’t seem customer focused…made excuses, no apologies. I’ve received better service in a 2 star motel.

Only thing I like it was 6 minutes from our event the bed pillows I had six pillars that look like they ran out of air just ridiculous staff members was never at the front desk going or coming with the Levi keys just on the desk when we left out

I didn't like anything the toilet look like it haven't been cleaned in 3-4 years the shower wasn't clean it had mildew stains couldn't even see inside the shower if the shower doors are so stained up I went to the store and bought toilet bowl cleaner and Lysol to try to clean up the bathroom myself so you tell me if I had a good stay

Bedding was dirty and unable to rest due to stomping above my room I called the front office but attendant did not want to address the disturbance with the guest that was stomping above me.

Absolutely terrible. Methhead wandering the halls trying peoples doors on the third floor.

I left about two hours after booking because some barefooted woman was trying to get into the rooms on my floor. Beyond that the room was dirty when I got there, with Kleenex stuffed into the peephole and vomit or worse on the wall in the bathroom. This was abysmal and the property did not assist me in rectifying the issue or refunding me. This place should be condemned.
