Holiday Inn Express Donaldsonville By IHG

Rude staff, inoperable phone in the room, and toilet not working in the room

The first hotel room that was given to us was already occupied. Very disturbing. I was told ¿It wasn¿t their fault, that person was checked out.¿

The bed was really comfy and it was quiet at night for sleeping

Front desk clerk hacked mine and my fiancés cards. No housekeeping unless you ask. Slim breakfast bar. Never could find staff.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and refreshing. Very nice with a nice hot breakfast.

I had no working television, toiletries, and my jewelry was stolen

Predictably clean. Property kept up. Good breakfast choices.

Quiet and clean

The pillows were a little lumpy

Nothing at all it was no service to use your phone if u had an emergency u coudnt even dial out u had to go outside an they charged my card 200$ additional saying I put a stain on the sheet im so upset

EVERYTNING

Location clean room

Shower very slippery gym floor dirty and clock didn¿t work

Nothing at All was good. Walking up to hotel there was a large garbage can full of trash. I made the receptionist aware and she saysaid she knew but wasn't going to empty it she was waiting for maintenance the next morning cuz their maintenance quit.

As soon as you walk into the hotel their internet system shuts down your internet and blocks data. When you are able to connect to their Wi-Fi I still could NOT make any phone calls unless they were emergency 911 calls and could NOT send any texts.

Quiet. Courteous staff. Convenient location.

Very clean very nice and personable staff.
