- Cleanliness. The water tower in the lobby was dirty with hard water stains all over it. The coffee maker in the room. Smelled like mildew and had old water inside of it.

- Purchased a river view room and looked directly at buildings out my window. River was to the right of my windows and I had to put my head against the windows to see it. Definitely got ripped off by being charged for a non existing view. Valet parking $$$

The location and the friendly staff.
