It was difficult to find the road to actually get to the hotel. You could see the hotel easily, and there were a couple roads beside it, but they didn't take you there. The correct road has a sign that says dead end, but not labeled for the hotel.

There were multiple areas of the hotel in need of service -- most especially, the elevator! The sound it makes opening and closing is extremely loud, and our room was right across the hall. The gym equipment was also all broken and needed service, badly.

They advertise as exceptionally clean and that is NOT true. We found food around bed, dust on bed headboards, misc other areas not cleaned properly.

Very quiet and room was clean. Bed comfortable. Just 15 minutes from convention center. 4 minutes from restaurants, fast food, and clothes stores (out door mall). Breakfast was good choice hot and cold food. All was fresh and different each day.
