Pros +
- The room was larger than a normal room.
- Our room was very clean despite the renovation project ongoing. The staff was very helpful in guiding us around the construction, and answering any questions we had.
- The indoor pool and spa, the breakfast, pet friendly towards cats and dogs, the pressure of the water for the bathtub (which I absolutely love that I was able to control to make it relaxing), the location, and manager was very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- The lights were out for a day and messed up my vacation would like a refund
- No hot water, no staff, cold pool, no hot tub. Horrible experience.
- The bed in our room was very concave and you could feel the springs and box spring below. Toilet was not fastened well to the floor so was moving around as well as the toilet seat was repaired using grey duct tape.
