- Wash rags missing. The stairs outside and hall way on second floor had no lights on. Problem did get better after reported. Plumbing coming out of wall in bathtub Pool not open and was advertised No Billard or excersize room. No tv remote at first

- Pool has been closed, feces found in bedsheets, food in other bedsheets when pulled down to go to bed!!!!!no one was able to help. Including your terrible customer care assistant, worst ever she should be fired immediately!!!!!!!!
