Knights Inn and Suites Salem IN

The staff were very friendly and very professional. The room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The Housekeeping staff made sure we had clean towels without our asking. I will certainly stay here every time that I'm in the region.

There was nothing not to like about this hotel. It is the best I've stay in this year hands down.

This hotel was a true diamond in the ruff. Super comfortable. Staff was cordial and efficient. There weren't any stairs and we could park right by our room.

Knights inn is an awesome clean place to stay on salem. We have stayed here several times and really like it.

Very clean throughout! Smelled good as well. Staff was friendly and very helpful as well. Recently remodeled it seemed, with new furniture, etc as well. Not much for breakfast, but plenty considering the price.

Room was clean. Good beds.

Road construction blocked entry to hotel. Would have been helpful to receive advance notice including directions as to best route for accessing hotel. Rooms are very small and old, but bathroom was recently updated.

Clean and comfortable. Ice machine and laundry. Best lodging on our trip so far!

Easy access in and out of room with walker at parking lot level and through room. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We was greeted and our host was personable. The room was clean, but had an odor of carpet cleaner. the bed was a little higher than most, but was comfortable. We checked for bugs as many roadside motels have issues, but found no evidence of any.

Breakfast was less than stellar so we went down the street to Country Cookin - it was really nice. Went to Cheddar's cafe after we checked in and had an ice cream cone (no sugar added) felt like we were welcomed as though we were part of the locals.

Clean room , great internet , friendly staff , and for $25 pet fee it was a deal. If I need a Hotel in the area again , I'll stay there again.

Not their fault , but the Salem road construction was annoying. You will need to take the side street all the way down , then cut across.

Very clean, recently updated decor, great location, friendly staff and great value!

Good sized room for five, felt safe and secure.

The room smelled smoked in. An air purifier would help with that.

Though the room was a little on the small size, it offered the same amenities as the motel I stayed at the previous night (for twice the price). Nothing wrong with this motel. Two stars seems unfair.

There were so many lights around the outside of the building that they drew quite a few insects. I had to hurry getting into my room so I didn't let any bugs inside.

Bed was very comfortable

Came into town for work and I tried to get a key at 10:30 am. I let the front desk clerk know that I just wanted the key because I wouldn't be done with work until 9-1030pm. I couldn't believe the guy tried to get more money out of me just to get the

I bought a room with two beds from you . When we arrived we were told they only had a room with One bed. Two men in one bed,I don't think so. They put us in a room with one bed and a pull out with the iron bar in mid. You ever tried that? Never again

Staff was awesome. Rooms were very clean. The water pressure in the bathtub/shower was great!

Breakfast was not really stocked. We went 7 am and there wasn't much of anything to eat.

Was better than expected. Room was small but was clean. Our concerns about the door nt locking were answered within 5 minutes with the staff coming to fix it

There were drug addicts living in one of the rooms

Room was small, continental breakfast not good, misleading advertisement for "vending machines" only had drink machine. Housekeeping came to room about 10 am we were still sleeping she did not return to check room nor was our garbage emptied.

I got there and the room I paid for was not the room I got, because there was a problem with the bathroom. I wasn't notified about it and the Clerk asked me if I would like to stay another night and pay for the room I was supposed to have at a discount.

Super small rooms, a/c didnt work, bed was lumpy (just to name a few things)
