The king size bed was extremely hard, lumpy all over. Room smelled of cigarettes. Throw pillow size pillows only.

Nothing staff was rude and place was dingy

I cannot believe “Quality Inn” attaches their name to this place. Set up like an old 60/70’s motel. I would not want my wife staying at this place by herself.

Overall the hotel and room were very clean BUT, for some reason, the bathtub and shower tiles/area were very dirty. Needed a little abrasive cleaner with bleach and a good scrub down!

I liked having two entrances, one from inside and one from the parking lot. Several choices for food are within less than a block.

Where do I begin. The door going to the hallway has a 1/2? gap to where you can see into the hallway. Poor maintenance! The shower was dirty. The room didnt feel clean. Glad I didn?t spend a lot of time lounging around

The staff is really nice, safe, right off the highway good location.

Not as clean as I would like. The compforter had brown stain on it. Found a cockroach in my room. Not great plumbing. I had been staying here for like a month and the last stay I had was just not good. This was not up to my standards.

As a one night hotel it is clean.

They waste no time preparing to clean the hotel for the day. Housekeeping just opened my door without knocking and announcing who they were at 7:30 in the morning. The breakfast was bare minimum and not fully stocked

Friendly staff. excluding the housekeeping that ignored the Do Not Disturb sign and knocked on the door at 8:30am

Horrible breakfast choices. Tiny No-name muffins taken out of the individual wrappers and placed in case with loose pieces of white bread. Dingy towels. Woken up by housekeeping at 8:30 knocking on door, hours before check out.

Nice clean hotel at a decent price. Especially for a construction worker. Good location

Comfortable beds and pillows. Showers have great water pressure. Location is great-easy off and easy on the interstate. Really like access from the outside directly into the rooms on the lower level. Staff are pleasant.

Really like this hotel and have stayed here several times. Would appreciate cranberry juice on the continental breakfast ¿¿

Enjoyed the outside door entrance that allowed us to bring things in from the car easily and quickly.

It was not well maintained or updated at all. the linens were shabby and needed to be updated. It was dark in the room and uninviting. We felt a let down when we got to the room.

Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Clean room, good breakfast and location. Many shops near by. Swimming pool is 3 to 8ft deep.

The room looked completely new; that was a nice surprised! All staff are very nice. Breakfast was complete! In general, this hotel was much better than what I expected.

I've stayed at this motel before and had a very enjoyable stay again. Got to enjoy the breakfast layout this time as the last time it was closed due to COVID restrictions.

The only thing about this motel is the desk chairs.. I had the plastic wheels coming of the chair again while working at the desk. It could be me, but I'm not a big person only 175 lbs. lol

I bought a king bed room and was given two queen beds. Also it was a motel! I felt very uncomfortable staying there thought I was getting a room at a inn. Would never recommend.

Clean and well priced

Staff were not friendly and the breakfast was very limited in what was actually available. Also, staff did not monitor nor clean the breakfast room as travelers came and went.
