Not quite clean plus old rug - need tile much easier to keep clean

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The breakfas was very good!

The room was beautiful, and spotless.

When we checked in, we were never told that the pool was closed, and the one tread mill that they had was out of order. That's pretty important, and false advertising is if these things aren't available.

The staff was great. Friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The room clean so we didn’t feel apprehensive about staying there. It was close to the job site which was great too. We would definitely stay there again I need be.

It was clean and the breakfast provided had so many options. My daughter can't have gluten and there were many options for her as well. Pool was also great!

Breakfast was excellent-fresh, delicious, with a lot of variety.

The in-room heater by the window was a bit noisy ( I am a light sleeper) and even when set on 68 degrees, where the bed was from the window, the air went from too cool to too warm quickly and frequently.

I miss the cookies...lol. There were swimming groups/classes in the pool when the kids wanted to swim, so it was a bit awkward for the kids.

Staff was excellent, always asking if we needed anything, and very helpful! Nice amenities, with handicap access chairs available for both pool and hot tub (which we did not need, but we thought it was a nice feature).

Room was very clean and comfortable, but smelled musty.

Breakfast was basic. Scrambled eggs were watery. Sausage was hard.Hotel location was ok.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was great and very clean! our room was upgrade due to an overbooking and we were given a very nice suite!

The alarms went off almost every hour overnight and we didnt get hardly any sleep. When we asked at the front desk they said there was nothing they could do.
