Very Clean / Friendly Staff / Great Breakfast

The entire weekend was one big piece of craziness. Problems with check in, hotel was packed and noisy, towels were at a premium to actually not available. No clocks in the rooms and told the hotel was not required to provide clocks. Probably wont go back.

Fox News on the TV in the morning? I mean come on. I¿m sure many people still watch this fake news but I think hotels should try to be as neutral as possible. Maybe ABC or CBS morning shows?

Guest above our room running around and making noise. Not the hotels issue but we did call.

I like how there is hot food and the room I¿m staying is at a quite part.

I didn¿t like the location because it¿s next to the other hotel.

Need personal care items for sale in hotel Hampton Inn in Coralville, IA cleans the snow off guests vehicles. Altoona did not.

Very clean ,well organized, and very good Staffs.

Beds were super comfortable. Also was very happy with the cleanliness.

I know Covid is going on and everyone is being cautious. But come up with an option for breakfast.

Would have liked to have know there was no housekeeping after you checked in, no breakfast, no pool or exercise room.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very soft. The bathroom was large. There was a couch in the room which I am sure was a fold out, but we didn’t need to use it. The morning staff was very friendly.

The bathroom was large but the layout was weird and the shower was rather narrow. The decor was a bit dated and the carpet in the hallway was pretty annoying to look at. The complimentary breakfast was meager due covid 19.

The rooms were clean and huge, including the bathroom. Very very nice!

Breakfast was not great

Hotel had been flooded three weeks prior and there was no evidence of damage anywhere. Clean and the staff was very helpful. We were traveling with four kids and the room we had was comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Hotel is close to Adventureland so lots of kid traffic.

We stayed in the double queen suite. Amazing room!

I didn't care for the door that was for both the closet and the bathroom. Several times my mom was opening the bathroom door when I was getting something out of the closet and the door hit my arm.

Very clean, great room, outstanding desk service, good breakfast.

It was very, very, cold outside so it took a little while for the room to warm up
