The room felt wet. It was clean but when we entered the room everything felt moist. It stayed that way the entire stay.

Great location and clean. Breakfast was pretty nice. Over all my wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

I liked the room set up. The shower and the cleanliness of the whole place.

Well, I didn't like much that they didn't have a variety choices for breakfast.

The cleanliness of everything. Considering we are going through a worldwide pandemic this hotel maintained clean rooms, hallways, elevator and even the pool area

New hotel, a bit challenging to locate but nice facility, great staff especially hotel employee.

Chelsie at the front desk made me feel very welcome and did everything she could to make our stay great. Very nice property. Everything was very clean and the staff were all exceptional. Excellent breakfast as well.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like.

I booked double queen beds. I booked 2 room. When I got there I was told at the hotel that I will been getting a room with a king bed. I paid for 2 queen beds. My family had to sleep on a sofa. I would like to talk to a manager about what happen with my rooms. I paid for room where everyone was suppose to sleep in a real bed. Please call are email me about the matter.

I was given the wrong rooms. The hotel would not change the rooms. I tried to call booking.com 2 times. The first time they said they would send the hotel a message that I was suppose to have the double queen beds in each room. Booking customer service rep also said they will call the hotel. Bookings rep said she could not reach antone in the hotel. I was standing right there when the booking rep said she was calling. The phone never rang. The 2nd tome booking rep called she put me on hold to call the hotel then the phone hung up. I was stuck in the incorrect rooms for days.

Upon arrival, the gentlemen at the front desk were nice and the breakfast was good on Saturday. Also, the shower pressure was good and the ac wall unit was easy to control. The business area had very good ambiance for working and it had a nice fireplace. I was able to get a lot of work done on Saturday night. The gym was a nice size!

On Saturday, the breakfast was good. The oatmeal was hot and the bacon was good however, on Sunday breakfast was not so good! The oatmeal was cold and the sausage that was served was cold. I had to keep asking for towels and washcloths because every set that we received had hair on it. Lastly, I felt like I was rushed by housekeeping because they knocked on the door at 8am and said, oh I'm checking to see if you all are still here. Then later on as we were going to get breakfast housekeeping asked were we leaving. I was getting a little aggravated at that time.

The property is clean and in a great location for restaurants and a shopping mall. The staff were professional and very nice.

Such a comfortable bed. Slept great. Clean and very attractive rooms. Great customer service too!

I liked everything. We will stay again. Highly recommend.
