Coffee tasted days old, garage can through the building were full all the time, dirty carpets

The hotel was clean and well kept (both inside and outside). Our room smelled fresh and was very clean. All staff we encountered were very friendly. The breakfast was great with many options. Would stay again when we are in the area!

BREAKFAST DESK CLERK IN THE A.M.

REFRIGERATOR FROZE ALL OUR FOOD. TEMP OBVIOUSLY WAS TOO LOW. BATHROOM FLOOR WAS DIRTY, I FOUND, WHE I WIPED UP SOE WATER. PLUG IN FOR PHONE DID NOT WORK O ONE SIDE OF BEDSIDE LAMP.

The only thing I can say is the breakfast had good omelets

This hotel is very dated, the rooms are so old, the carpet is old, the bed worn down needs much updating!

hotel staff was friendly when we checked in. Checked in was at 3pm but didn't get there until 6pm. Quickly dropped in our luggage and had to catch a planned event.

After returning to room after event, turned down the comforter to find a few strands of hair on the sheets. Called the service desk & was told there was nothing they could do about it now because we checked in at 6PM & housekeeping left! Very Rude.

Bathroom was nasty. Hairs on the toilet, tub and towels.

Staff was very helpful.

Getting a little older. Was not cleaned very well on floors and bathroom.

At the hotel I felt very safe the staff was very nice I just love the hotel and I would absolutely go there every time I come and the breakfasts were out of sight the best breakfast I've had at any hotel and I have been to a few

P I can't complain I think the hotel had everything I needed and wanted for my stay I got a good night's rest it was clean we had nice warm breakfast or hot breakfast I should say it was quiet peaceful no complaints at all p

Room was great but the noise from I75 was not good. Could not sleep. Will not stay here again because of the location next to I 75.

Location was perfect.

They were unorganized & unprepared for my check-in. The rooms weren't ready @ the time of check-in, they say if was b/c they were "short" on housekeepers. I was extremely annoyed by thisl& felt uneasy about the level of thorough cleanliness of my room.

Check in clerk at 11:30pm provided breakfast foods without having to request them for me after airline troubles prevented meals since 6:30 am. She also printed a more direct local route for the following days car travel letting me have extra sleep.

No one to accompany a female alone at very late night arrivals back into the hotel after parking their vehicle. I am a female who travels alone. This Hampton Inn was in a secluded cul de sac, eliminated all interstate noise, great for rest but scary
