Location

Room was dirty and had roaches. Description was misleading stating they provide breakfast. Staff at front desk was unkind.

Some dried something in sink looked like vomit. Sink leaked. Roaches bathroom. Drains stopped up. Whole complex smelled of marijuana. Bad vibes all around. Didn’t even stay one night. Didn’t even try to get money back. Just left and went to Country Inn

That water was yellow and the bed was really bad not comfortable the was cockroaches in the room

Staff were friendly

There were small bugs in the tub. Lots of cigarette burns on the comforter although it was a non smoking room. It did smell of marijuania. The lock latch on the door was broken off.

The room could have been cleaner. The light switch was very dirty which people have to touch. The toilet seat was damaged and the curtains were hanging off and it had animal hair all over it.

Our room was roach-infested; there was mold in the bathroom; the floors were filthy; a chair had been severely damaged

The front desk assistant was very polite and professional

Our room was filthy we requested non-smoking but it wreaked of previous smokers there were cockroaches in the bathtub there was no hot water the linens for the towels were thread bare and stained the TV did not work and the remote control had no battery.

Good tv, comfy beds and HOT water in the shower.

Missing lamp shade, stain on a bedcover, no breakfast as advertised (even on the marquee in front), poor Condition of the hotel. Not Quality Inn!

Dirty room, dirty bathroom, hairs all over, beer bottle caps on the floor, nasty corners.?

It was clean and located conveniently

I reservation was cancel and we checked in and the next morning we had a women trying to get into our room because they assigned siding to our room

the kitchenette was nice.

I booked this hotel cuz they were suppose to have a breakfast. NO breakfast and no Ice. they could have at least offord a bag breakfast. when their kitchen is down.

I arrived a little early only had to wait a short time for my room. The room was so thick with the smell of cigarettes I almost choked. I got up Thursday morning expecting breakfast as advertised but was informed the kitchen wasn¿t open so no breakfast

Location was fine rooms weren¿t up to par plus there were roaches

First, We did not have clean washcloths. I had to call just to get towels. There is no phone in the room in case of emergencies. I had to plug all appliances & cable myself. I was getting out of shower, when my room was broken into. And nothing was done.

Nothing at all I was racially profiled and discrimanted against by the staff and someone stole gas from my rental car. The employees smoking weed outside of my room after knocking on my door at 9am when normal check out is 11. this was a hell hole

do not stay here if you are white they will rob you and think it is funny i think the staff sets people up. police were called

Price

When I made the reservation I said that we had a baby and the hotel was rated family friendly. When we got there we were told they had no cribs and the guy at the desk was busy chatting with her boyfriend and not helpful at all

I like the location, right of the expressway. The ease of getting to my room. Feeling safe, and the security off of the police presence across the street, visiting the hotel. The staff was very friendly, and polite. The breakfast was hot.

There wasn¿t anything I could think of that would of made my trip any better.

The room was very clean and temp was very cool considering the heat outside. Also the room service was nice.

Must admit there is no complaint.

First the microwave was not working with no glass turntable inside of it. The booking was done incorrectly and the room was infested with roaches. My quest travel a long distance to be totally disgusted with the room condition. I will not be booking again
