Unclean, people smoking inside, security doors propped open with rocks by staff in middle of the night, stains on sheets, broken toilet seat, carpet was disgusting

Nothing! it smelt like pee, stagnant water and it was ran all the way down, the sheets were dirty and there were lots of roaches that was sprayed by the staff that made the smell even worst!

Yes, I did not like that they felt comfortable operating under those filthy conditions!

Everything. I went from one room that reeked of musty odor to the point I couldn’t breathe. The tv didn’t work and there was no phone. Moved to a new room and it was also dirty, attendant claimed it was spilled coffee. Then roaches started to fly around.

Many things are out of service. Washer/Dryer, elevator, pool

All rooms were nasty !! Kept changing rooms. Trying to find acceptable. Never did and. Want money refund

It was roaches on the room, sink had hair from previous customers. Tv didn?t even work, AC unit was so dusty that I didn?t even want to turn it on to blow dust on the room. Crackheads hanging around the hotel, not enough parking spots

The front desk lady was pleasant.

The coffee maker was unusable because the k-cup holder inside the basket was missing.

Nothing. I paid for a double bed and she saw it was just me and said ?do you need two beds? it doesn?t matter because I paid for TWO! She put me in a one bed room. That?s not what I paid for.

The hotel was very nasty. I had to wipe down and clean the room on my own. The hotel staff two big ladies were very rude for no reason. I am very unproblematic. I couldn?t wait to check out and go to Country Inn Suites by Radisson across the street.

Location was nice

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY !!! Whole room was very dated. Lights didn't turn on. Things were in rough shape (bed, desk, etc). Many things were broken. Fire alarm was taken out the room. Walls were very thin. Could hear other people from all around the room.

The housekeepers didn?t respect the do not disturb signs they would knock once and then walk in very disturbing

Price , location and the friendliness of staff.

The pool wasn?t opened and it was the reason we booked, food mediocre, bed was super hard and my shower had mold in it.

It was clean and modern decor.

Both of the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean.

No cover on the light inside the shower and it smelled musty. The eggs were not made fresh and stayed warm, you have to warm the omelet in the microwave. Had to pour your syrup or milk from a jug not individual. One bed was creaky. can't take food to rm.

This hotel has a B 83 sanitation grade in the area where breakfast is served. The furniture and carpets are worn. The shower is stained.

They took dogs

Pool was CLOSED and when looking at it, it was full of scum and mold! Breakfast was LEAST you can imagine.

Excellent internet

No hot breakfast as advertised, pool and fitness center was inaccessible. Deposit for pets buy no area or sanitary bags for pets. Room had a claustrophobic feel.
