Door key didn't key didn' get work. Had to go back down she reswiped it I went back up and it worked. The waitress in the restaurant was exceptional. Better up her pay someone else is going to steal her from you

The location was good for the event. Some of the staff was very professional and helpful.

Yes my room had no hot water and it was not rectified before I left. I was not offered a room change. I was given a lot of excuses.

When we travel we normally stop in Mc Donough as a halfway point coming and going. We always stay at this hotel for years now. This hotel never disappoints!! Always clean and friendly staff.

Very clean and fresh! Staff was nice ! Although it was a family reunion , the pool Area was not over saturated with rude kids ! I enjoyed my short stay

This hotel had a surprisingly decent bar and cafe.

Location (tragic) is chaotic, there also are not many places I wanted to eat at in the area. The rooms were oddly remodeled and out of date at the same time. Noisy appliances and curtains that didn't block the flood lights in the parking lot

I didn¿t like anything and the power kept going out the key card would work and the staff were terrible

Great location with plenty of parking. I had a beautiful king room and enjoyed the breakfast. Very clean & bed was comfy. Will stay here again.

Trued to rebook for my trip on March 16 - March 20th in 2023 and no help.

Paid premium price for a 3-4 star hotel. Rooms are dated and ours smelled like cigarette smoke. Service is subpar.

Staff began knocking on the door at 8:00 when check out was scheduled for 11:00. Room cleaning attendant was told 3x not to come back until after 10.

Open bar and restaurant on Christmas day. Plus their amazingly comfortable beds puts you to sleep like a baby after a long drive. Definitely will make this my stop next trip.

Rooms was clean.Granite tabletops even in bathroom was a 10 plus.

This was not up to the Hilton standards even for a 3 star. the room was not cleaned well, we had no hot water for our entire 2 day stay, the room had fruit flies, and last but not least the walls are paper thin.

Excellent size room especially for the price we paid. Very large and clean. Staff very courteous

People at the front desk were friendly. And the breakfast was good.

They never vacuumed the room prior to my check in. Garment tags were on the carpet from the previous guest. The mattress is horrible. And the pillows are like mush. The Biggest fact is I stayed 3 nights and NO CLEANING SERVICE!!!

The room service staff are rude you don't know who they are because of the kind of clothes they wear they are walking around in street clothes so you would never know they are room service. They over charge your card for food if you don't leave a tip.

Check-in and check-out were easy

The room was not clean when we got there. The toilet lid was up and someone had used the toilet. Thank goodness in the age of Coronavirus I had Clorox wipes with me!!!

The upgrade

In my room the floor felt week like it was sunken in. I was in Room 205. That needs to be fixed.
