Nice lady and helpful at the front desk.

The room was dirty. The sheets didn’t stay on the bed and it smelled like mold and mildew, terribly.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. The room reeked of bleach so badly it was offensive. The bed was not made and it appeared the housekeeper left the room part way through her job. There was not even an extra roll of toilet tissue in the room

Very friendly staff at front desk and breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A very good breakfast selection including waffle machines (two) and also hot selections.

Other than that it was a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly.

Our bathroom shower has a lot of hair. The bed did as well .I can not stand to go anywhere and it's half clean leaving traces of hair.

It was 87° in Georgia the week of Memorial Day and their pool was closed. Nowhere on their website did it say it would be closed. That is unbelievable for such a hot climate. They also have new people at the front desk and it was very difficult to check i

Hard check in, new person at front desk that wasn¿t doing their job, they had maintenance people cleaning rooms, pool was not open it was 86° out all week no pool I had to ask to see if anyone else¿s pool was open

Friendly staff

Room and hallways not the cleanest. No remote control in the room. A random wash cloth was hanging on smoke detector in the room. Proved that the cleaning person wasn¿t paying attention.

Booked a room with a King size bed. I was given a room with 2 doubles. All rooms were occupied, which means the hotel gave my booked room to someone else.

Being constantly lied to by the stall. Not getting my room clean during my entire three day stay even though I requested it several times. Having to evacuate during the middle of night due to a fire alarm.

Stayed for 4 nights. Room was never serviced. Asked for clean set of towels on day 3. Staff provided.bed and room was never serviced. Nice hotel but must have forgot about our room.

Found two pairs of dirty underwear in room took to front desk but nothing done also the blind would not open in room

I usually stay at this location because it's convenient for me when I visit Atlanta. We have stayed here when they first opened this location of coarse it was nice, but oh lord things have changed. Don't get me wrong the rooms were clean.

The agent TV cable was not working. The agent told my husband she can't fix the TV and run front desk too. We switched rooms, and to room 412 if you sit on the toilet it's about to fall on the floor. this will be my last time booking at this hotel.

We were confident in the measures taken to clean the common areas, and the room.The room was quiet and spacious, and comfortable.

Blinds did not cover entire window and right off the elevator. My keys needed to be rescanned and poor selection of snacks in the lobby.

We arrived at 3:00 am and the front office staff was very helpful in getting us settled in although this was an unusual check in time. Breakfast was fairly reasonable with a good selection..
