Broken elevator, only one was operating which can be a little inconvenient and crowded.

Very clean and new. The room was spacious and set up nicely with a a comfortable bed and the breakfast had a good selection. We were very happy with this hotel and would recommend it.

The food could be a bit better for breakfast. Do not expect super nice but some days it was very burnt.

Rude guests who complained about noises when we were not making them, and staff interrupting our sleep three times after midnight.

Staff was excellent. Food was good. Cosmetics were very good. Great location.

Very noisy and almost impossible to sleep well. Had signs in the hallways about quite times from 10 PM to 10 AM. That was due to poor acoustics. Could hear people above us and in hallways. Constant noise. Bed was very uncomfortable. New hotel???

very clean and updated recently. Desk staff was awesome. Holiday decor was also charming.

food and foo area staff were so so at best.

The breakfast lady stares and watched my family like she was monitoring us. She actually worked at a different location and did the same thing. She is not friendly or personable.

The staff is always so pleasant to work with. The outside fire pit is very relaxing.

It's advertised indoor heater pool yet there were about four kids and two adults in it when I asked about the temperature and they said it was very cold. I braved it and went in anyway because I come to exercise my hip hence the reason I get an indoor poo

I went to see the pool. I was trying to enter from the patio but the key entry wasn't working. I spoke to another guest out there at that moment, theirs didn't work either.

Very nice hotel. Everything looked fairly new which we found out it was almost a year old. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and accommodating. Free breakfast was ok but not up to par like some other hotels.

The quickness of checking in. Barely had my name out of my mouth and the person at the front desk was handing me our room keys. Amazing for having only booked the room about 30 minutes prior to arriving. Also, was offered a free Otis Spunkmeyer cookie.

While a very minor matter, the patio furniture was still wet from the rain the night before. Would have been very impressed if they had been wiped down already. Bring it up because noticed housekeeping staff had been present in the lobby.

There was a lot of noise from the room above. I¿m not sure if they were just that loud, or if it was just that the noise wasn¿t deadened by carpeting.

The hotel was extremely clean and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give great service!

We could occasionally hear the individuals in the room next to us if we were standing next to our bathroom area.
