Outside the bathroom area the floor is tiled. Where the tiles meet the carpet, there is a small ridge covered with a black substance. This ridge is dangerous. Anyone less agile could trip and fall. This ridge should be white or red so it can be seen.

Location is perfect. Rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is great and the price is reasonable.

Took way to long to check in. The desk attendant said it was because the room was already paid for. Seems like that would speed things up.

Excellent staff, clean room, free breakfast was pretty good with a good amount of choices. Close proximity to gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Parking can be pretty tight on a busy night.

My room was spic and span and could not have been cleaner. The breakfast was just what I wanted. The staff was courteous and available as needed.

The hotel was going through renovations but it was still wonderful. The room was so cozy and comfortable and the tv was a actual larger tv. Staff was courteous and so helpful. Great stay!

The parking was a bit small

Recently remodeled and updated. Rooms were clean. Staff, especially the manager, were helpful and courteous.

Mattress was not as soft as I would have liked it to be. Limited parking due to construction.

It was very quiet.

The halls (carpet, decor, etc) were dated and worn. The "breakfast" was not very substantial (fruit, packaged pastries, etc).

Perfect location for our needs, room was very nice, and breakfast was great!

The hotel is very clean and nicely kept. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful.

The only complaint we had was that the water pressure in the shower was not strong.

Our room #104 was on the back of the hotel and very quiet. The morning breakfast was very good. One of the older ladies who works with breakfast was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very fortunate to have her as an employee.

The room did smell a bit musty when we arrived but after having the AC on for awhile the scent dissipated.

I want my money back. A light was shattered on our bathroom floor. We then had to move to another room because the people above us were bouncing on the floor. There were people in the hallways yelling at each other. Paid over $--- to get sLeep and didn't.

Consistent with most good Hampton Inns. Not exceptional, but clean and comfortable. Short stay for an early appointment the next morning. The did have a "to-go" sack breakfast that we appreciated.
