The hotel was located in a great area within walking distance to several restaurants and cafes. The room looked as though it had gone under renovation recently. It was very clean and the staff were welcoming.

Absolutely disgusting, did not stay there was very unsafe. Door did not lock, the bedding was stained. I left without even putting my bag down and had to pay for another hotel.

The person doing check in was very polite and informative. The place was old, but the antiques were fun to see. Old doesn¿t have to mean run down. It was VERY clean, comfortable bedding also. Convenient to walking. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The B&B has a great location. Close enough to walk to downtown attractions, stores and jump on the town trolley. Far enough away from downtown to be quiet and peaceful. Staff was extremely kind and friendly, breakfast was very good.
The owner was extremely pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was absolutely delicious- like eating in a top restaurant for free. We are on the front porch & it was absolutely Lovely looking over the gardens.

We loved the Casa Monica. It was right in the hub of all the sights of St. Augustine. We walked everywhere from our hotel. It was a beautiful hotel and the rooms were very comfortable. Wonderful dining room and lounge.

Wasnt sure what to expect after reading other reviews. We where very pleased with this Hotel. Was across the street from Beach restaurants close by, great place to stay if on a budget. Just needed a place to sleep since you sped the day on the beach.
It's extremely close to the beach. The owner operators are friendly and accommodating. Their awesome dog King, made my girls day! Miss Sue is doing a wonderful job at keeping the hotel in order.!!

I found that the lock on the room did not work and the young man immediately had my room changed. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. It was very quiet. The parking lot was filled but I seldom heard any guests.

This was disgraceful disgusting. They have both American and German cockroaches in mass in our bedroom. We did not stay there. I am totally prepared to sue them to get my money back. Nobody should stay there. No mammal should stay there.

The room was very clean, good location with the beach right across the street, pretty good morning breakfast, and the pool was open late which was nice.
They have alot of fun stuff to do at the motel itself. Staff was very nice and helpful. And breakfast was my favorite part , very good breakfast with so many different options that are hard to find at other places. We are definitely going back !!
