• The property was very clean inside and out. Our room and bathroom were very clean; housekeeping did an amazing job. The location was great. We were able to shop at the outlet which was leased than 2 minutes away. The hotel was about 20 minutes from the beach but that wasnt bad either. We were very satisfied with our stay and will be coming back next year. Great hospitality from the staff.

• Front desk staffHousekeeper took items from my room and they never cleaned either room the first night we stayed so I called the front desk desk to complain and he stated all he could do is give me towels because housekeeping was gone for the day I said its a little of trash so can you give me a big trash bag so I can empty the trash he said no all he can do is give towels so I asked him to call a manager. I was very upset about the service received and to top it off housekeeping stole a blanket that still had the tags on it and it was in a Burlington coat factory bag put up in our closet for our flight back home because its cold on the plane I will never recommend this property nor will. I stay again signed angry customer who was treated poorly and the parking lot stayed full on the weekend so I let the black girl know at the front desk that we had nowhere to park and she said park at the hotel next door in which we did just to be greeted with a angry Mexican work from that hotel in the morning yelling that we cant park there so I informed him to take it up with Holiday Express because she told me to park here and he threatened if we park on they property again he will tow our car
