- A front desk personnel ( a woman) made a poor judgment call by dong nothing when I requested to have our room made up. When the I returned and called down, she blame shifted, took no ownership and offered no apology. Retraining might be in order!

- BRECKFAST, ESPENSIVE AND REALLY BAD, DINNER WORST, AND THE AC IN THE ROOM WAS VERY NOISY, AND WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN OFF
