Pros +
- Convenient to downtown. The free transportation to catch the trolley was a definite plus! The room was clean and very comfortable! Don’t have one complaint!!!
- Breakfast was excellent, beds were comfortable & room was clean.
- Breakfast choices were wonderful. Liked how they changed on a daily basis.
Cons -
- Toilet seat was loose & sliding off, safe had no instructions for use- went to the front desk & told me how to do it. Tried to enter my personal pin leaving safe empty "just in case" & couldn't get back in to it. Had a continuous alarm for approximately 5 minutes so didn't use it. Bathroom lighted mirror wasn't working. And the big turn off was having to pay $20 per night to park in your parking lot after paying $276.36 for 2 nights. What a rip off.
- Neighborhood was a little sketchy to walk out of.
- It was slightly outside of comfortable walking distance into downtown, particularly in storms and heat, and the bathroom door was unusually large for the size of the bathroom that made navigating a bit difficult.
